4I am a mobile phlebotomist and I have to drop off my labs here for FedEx and OMG the service here is so amazing, it smells nice unlike the other ones, everyone is very nice and professional. This safe ship location has a very pleasant atmosphere.
Stopped by return an Amazon package and was told they couldn’t scan the return code from my email. I was signed in to my Amazon app. The guy at the counter wanted me to return to a page where I had to resign in to my account. My passwords are saved. I don’t know that information. Why would I have to do that. This is not my first return to Amazon. Avoid this business. Not helpful at all.
Fanatic guy working the counter. Friendly face to the company! Wish I would've gotten his name. He was unable to help me because my notary needed witnesses and there was no one else there. He directed me to another location, but I wasnt able to locate it. The facility was very clean and pleasant as well. Just wish I could've done business there.
I couldn't believe how helpful everyone were. Very friendly they not only made the box but picked up my item as well.
