Safe Ship Port Orange reviews
18If I could put zero I would. They charged me three times for one transaction. They refunded one but are now requiring me to come back to show a bank statement when they can clearly see they charged me three times and only refunded me once. Might as well go to the useless USPS on Dunlawton.
Barbara in the Port Orange office is wonderful!
She was so helpful!
I love that place!
Worst customer sevice if my life! The girl working behind the counter today is ignorant and rude. The owners are fantastic, but this girl today needs to be fired!
I mailed 10 package at Safe Ship in Port Orange, Florida on December 7th. Not only did they charge way above the USPS fees, even a Flat Rate Box that I picked up at the Post Office was way more than it should be. That does not bother me as much as the fact that 4 of my packages never arrived They were all padded envelopes containing Christmas Cards with gift cards for my grandchildren. It is very disappointing to know that there is a thief somewhere. They claimed that the Post Office picks up twice a day, I spoke with the Post Office and was told that those packages were never received. I will tell everyone I know NOT to use this place.
When it comes to these types of businesses it is hard to find one that consistently transcends the ordinary. Not in this case! We experienced amazing friendly and professional service provided with sincerity from two of their teammates. Eli and Keisha. This dynamic duo impresses us with their 5 star service and today was no exception. We have never been disappointed by these two and indeed, highly recommend them for exemplary service and commitment to excellence. We love them and know you will too! Do yourself a favor next time you need these types of services. Skip the rest and actually enjoy doing business with a local business powered by people who truly care.
Ms. Keisha
Receives customers with a smile. Happy to deal with them. And it didn't take me minutes to send the parcel
Went there every 2-3 weeks for past 2 year to buy bubble wrap. I buy the 12" roll that sold for $27.50 and they use to charge me $24.99 because i was buying it regularly. About a month ago they started charging me regular price and i was totally ok with that.today i go in and the price is $39.50 for the exact same roll.the new owners or new manager told me prices went up.i understand prices go up but it seems now they are just out to rob you and get what they can.will never go there again.
10.00 dollars for Notary with Safe Ship when Wells Fargo does it “FREE” even if you Do Not have an account with them. Places like this should be shut down or at least slapped with a fine just ridiculous so sad
Please, please, please do not use this store! I had one of the worst customer service interactions ever with them a few years ago, but today, I figured it had been a while and things may have changed so I was going to try again. I often drop off pre-paid packages since their store is so convenient to my house, but it had been 3 years since I had tried to buy postage from them. Today, I dropped off a 25 pound pre-paid package and then I tried to mail a very small box that was 1 pound, 1.6 ounces and very small. The woman told me that since my package was over 1 pound, I could not use USPS first class mail and it would cost $27+ to ship it Fed Ex. I promptly took it to the post office and mailed it first class with no hassle for $11.75. Plus, we spent less to ship the huge pre-paid box Fed Ex Ground that was 25 pounds than what she quoted for the 1 pound box. The huge mark-up, the lack of product knowledge, and the poor customer service is amazing to me. There is a good reason why my family refers to this business as "The Evil Store".
These sweet ladies are awesome! They fixed my package to eliminate unnecessary weight and size to get the cheapest price. Thanks Sherri. I highly recommend. Just wish Dunkin’ Donuts drive through was routed differently.
This place is a joke to give some context I wanted to ship an item 22”l x 4h x 4w within the United States and these imbeciles wanted to charge me almost $300! Yes you read that right almost $300 I went to the post office and was only charged $27 with signature required and $200 in insurance completely disgusted with the price gauging here
What a scam! They do not find the best shipping price. I had a box to send and she over measured and said the cheapest was USPS at a cost of $33. I have sent in this exact same box before with the same item at UPS for way cheaper. I left there and took it to UPS. Cost me $19. I don't think this is the first time they have done this to me with other items. I wont be back. I'd rather drive to different locations to find the best prices.
Works not caring enough for customers to wear masks. No signs asking customers to wear mask. I will never go back to this store even after covid passes. This store only cares about money.
Thursday, 12.17.20: Sent two packages (gifts) from here to TX; much less expensive than I was afraid they’d be, and the gifts will arrive on Monday, 12/21/20! Wow! Not busy at the time I was there and gifts will arrive before Christmas!
Very helpful employees to a novice even when very busy and overwhelmed. Will continue to come back here as my place to ship
Great service and always nice people glad to give them my business and support small business
These people charge $1 to retrieve the email to print a document. “For the service of receiving your email”? !? I’ve never heard of this anywhere else. I’ll be driving the 20 min to Fedex where it only costs me 13 cents in the future.
Super Woman Exists! And She is Phyllis at Safe Ship who saved the Day, saved My Very livelyhood for that time sensitive package She recognized, had an important deadline.for without solicitation She consulted the FedEx Driver who agreed to take my shipment. This was the first time I had ever been to this business. Thank You Forever Superwoman Phyllis for Caring So Much, For Taking Action!
