15The experience was not good, first the windshield is not original, since the serial number of the vehicle is not visible, it fogs up frequently and leaves some stains that cannot be seen, second, the windshield wiper had 7 speeds, now it has 3, it is activated without rain and with rain sometimes it deactivates and does not change speed if the rain intensifies, so I have to spend additional money to fix it and thirdly they incorrectly placed a plastic piece that goes in the frame of the windshield, let's see If the company can help me with that, so for now I cannot recommend them and I don't think I will go to that place again.
They order my glass I waited for 3 days when the time came for replacement they had order the wrong glass. Is been a week now still waiting I can’t get in contact with them they don’t call me. This place is the worst place to go to and the manager is the worst no professional experience at all I don’t know who gave this guy that position
Expect to waste your day here. Appointment was at 1: 00pm.they didnt work on my car until 4: 00pm rushing everything because they close at 5: 00pm and I have to come back to get the glass calibrated.
I was very hesitant to bring my car to this place simply because of the bad reviews. All the ones I read on Instagram, Google and even YouTube were bad reviews. I thought about taking my car to another glass shop and even later to the dealer to recalibrate it, since the other glass shops did not offer the service. I took the trouble to do my homework further and asked my family and friends if they had had any experience with Safelite Auto Glass and yes. Based on their experiences, I trusted and prayed to God that everything would go well for me. Thank God he put two of the best technicians in my path. Larry and Manuel. Larry showed off. He was able to answer all my questions and give me confidence that everything would turn out well. Manuel very kindly too. I think Larry and Manuel make a tremendous team. My people, the problem is not Safelite Auto Glass, this depends on the technicians and I cannot complain about those who fixed my car. I am 200% satisfied with Larry and Manuel's work.
They stand behind their warranty! We had an issue with the rear view mirror falling off a couple of days after the installation and they quickly replace the entire windshield! I thought they would just glue the mirror in place but they went beyond my expectations.

A baseball went through my rear windshield and shattered the entire thing. The whole situation was a very stressful and frustrating. Safelite had quick availability. They were incredibly communicative. My technician was Antonio. He fixed the whole windshield in less than an hour and a half, let me know when they began working on it and when they were finishing up. He did a wonderful job and cleaned the shattered glass that had gotten all in my backseat. 10/10 service all around.
I went to this place because the recommendation of my insurance (Progressive), but they don't care about your vehicle. They scratched my roof, my both side passengers doors. They left everything dirty inside and outside. Worse type of job ever.
Great service, I walked in no appointment and I was taken care without any issues, had a chip in my windshield and they were able to fix it within the hour, great customer service

A long wait but worth the wait. My glass came out great. Jorge was very kind and helpful at the front desk & I love how they have coffee and tea for guest.
Poor customer service, be ready to wait between 6-7 hours even if they tell you it will take 2 hours.
When i went to pick up my car there was other customers waiting hours for their cars. My advise.try another location
I was sent to safelite by my insurance company to have my windshield replaced. When I arrived, all workers were very kind and my vehicle was ready within the timeframe they gave. They gave me my keys and when I went to check the car there was a deep scratch on the roof of the drivers side where it was obviously made while they extracted the previous glass. I then spoke to the manager and made a complaint. He proceeded to tell me to get a quote from a body shop and that he would get it approved for payment. He provided his email and phone number. The communication between us was mostly one sided as he never once answered the phone and only responded to one email. He told me that the payment was approved and to provide him with the appointment date. I did so as soon as he emailed me which was on July 5, with the appt being in July 10. He never responded to further calls or emails as on Monday after I dropped off the vehicle at the body shop, I had no information to offer them about payment. I had to contact safelite auto customer service 5 times in order to get the necessary information the day before the car was ready which was yesterday: another worker, Alvin, was able to step in and handle my case, thankfully. The body shop was paid today but the amount of stress and time wasted when communication could have made things easier. Whoever scratched my car did not bother to tell me and apologize. I had to find out myself. Turns out the manager I originally spoke with went on vacation and did not bother to tell me that he did not finish the necessary steps in order for me to finish the process of receiving payment. I do not recommend this location as the manager in charge is not capable of being professional. I will thank Alvyn, at the location and customer service members Mya and Cameron for all the help.
I do not recommend going to this place geico sent me and they refused to repair or replace the glass
