I loved this visit to my Dentist. I always feel welcomed there cause their staff are very warm and eager to helping me out with insurance matters and other questions I may have.
I recommend the Dentist she is very knowledgeable in her practice of Dentistry.

This has been my most pleasurable dentist visit ever. Empathic, sympathetic, gentle and kind pretty much sums it up!

People are very good and nice here. I don't believe that they introduce themselves as they take you back, perhaps they did and I did not hear) : Also When someone enters treatment room and u cannot see them, it would be nice if they announce themselves, and their purpose. The tech (s) check on u quite regularly, I appreciate that. They allow u a time out if you need it, as frequent as you need. A great experience overall! Highly Recommend (:

The staff are very attentive and welcoming. My dental hygienist is amazing. She lets me know how my teeth are doing and provides feedback that helps me take better care of my teeth. Dr. Cai is amazing, she is very friendly and listens to all of your concerns. I got Invisalign through Dr. Cai and it one of the best things I have done for my self. This place is great. Moving from Michigan it was a bit frightening to find a dentist. My dentist up north was amazing, so I felt in very good hands when I met Dr. Cai and her staff.

I don’t really know anybody who likes to go to the dentist. However, if you do need to go to the dentist this is the place you can come to and feel that people truly care. Dr Chi is so friendly and caring and wants to make sure that you get the right service; most importantly without pain. The staff is so supportive and wants to make sure that you know what’s going on and what is needed. Recently, I’ve had to have a lot of work done and I’m glad that I was at this dental office. I’ve been coming to this dental office for seven years now. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made!

Dr. Cai does excellent work. The office staff is terrific and accommodating. I have always been anxious about dental visits and Dr. Cai and her staff are always very supportive and caring. The individualized treatment I have received (being a patient here for several years) is difficult to find. I would recommend this practice to anyone, especially if significant dental work is required.
