Our dealings with Safety-Kleen are surely coming to an abrupt end. After multiple calls to what one could assume is the local branch, the only response we can get from the customer service person is "I've escalated the matter and rest assured we will be out there as soon as possible, branch will call you 24 Hrs.before service". Our first call requesting service to their parts wash tank machine is over one month old. We have been placing urgent calls since June 9th and today June 18th we have not received the dreaded 24 Hrs.prior to service call. Safety-Kleen, if you cannot properly service your customer base, sell the company to someone who might have a care or concern.
