Saffron Indian Cuisine reviews
25This is most distasteful and overpriced Indian food I ever had. I ordered food for delivery and what I got was aweful. Tandoori chicken had curry chicken pieces mixed in to fill the order. Chicken Biryani was not even biryani, it was chicken rice. Paneer tikka had too weird taste to eat. I wish I had a single good thing in my order to praise.very bad experience
The food is GREAT! The staff is rude. I have been here at least two dozen times and the staff is ALWAYS consistently rude and bad customer service. So we started to just order takeout when we are in town. It’s really sad because if their customer service was on point they are truly a great restaurant. The space is very small and limited. Previously During weekend buffets you’re practically sitting on top of one another.
What an absolute gem of a restaurant-
This is how service and fare should be. But first, let me describe my family and my experience. We had four adults and two 18 month olds. They were very accommodating even going to another restaurant to get a second booster seat. We order the wings and lamb samosas with garlic naan. Wow, the food from the get go was superb! We ordered masala and korma among us four. Terrific, the food was fresh and full of flavor. My lamb was succulent and the tikka masala was full of flavor. The service was top notch and they couldn’t have been more accommodating and attentive to our needs. I am very pleased and can’t wait until the next visit. If you are looking for a treat for yourself or your family or a date, look no farther; this is the right restaurant to go to! I loved it
Finally.found one of best Indian restaurant in Orlando.
Amazing restaurant, great quality food and impressive service by Abhishek!
Appetizer platter was great, the curry was very well balanced, naan was cooked to perfection. Cannot ask for anything more.
Definitely worth a visit if you are craving for some north Indian cuisine ️I am sure you won’t regret it.
Really great Indian food. 5 of us walked in without a reservation and they were able to fit us in. The waiter seemed to give us a bit attitude but the manager's constant attention made up for it. The goat biriyani is absolutely amazing. Keema nun is good and so is the shrimp Curry. Definitely will visit when we're in the Orlando area
Normally I would have posted a pic but food looked so good I couldn't stop. Really nothing but enjoyable experiences here, I'll be back. It has a nice atmosphere.
Very delicious. Looking forward to going back again. I see why this place has a lot of positive reviews.
The food here is AMAZING and the portions are huge! Definitely one of my favorite lunch spots and is a nice intimate date night for my husband and I. Any time I have friends in town, Saffron is a MUST to bring them!
This place is by far the best in Orlando. The food is always well prepared and served by a great wait staff.
Great Indian restaurant with food very tasty. The restaurant is small so I would recommend making a reservation during busy time. The menu options are varied. Dinner can be pricey because of the restaurant is located in the Sand Lake area but lunch is affordable.
Food is good - seems like they use fresh, high quality ingredients, although it can get a bit pricey if you're eating anything non-veg. Service could use a bit of an upgrade, and they need to relearn the idea of "customer first. " I got charged for an incorrect item, and the server told me he "can't change it now. " It was more a matter of principal than cost.
Absolutely best food of my life. I came last Friday and had to return to relive the experience again. I've tried about 8 plates (sharing) and everything has been incredible. The chicken Tikka masala is so far my favorite.
Food was very good. Enough quantity served with rice. Excellent staff service. Will recommend it to all
Very authentic experience, nice atmosphere, good service, and the restaurant is very clean. The food was excellent and we didn't have to wait long for our order, even on a busy night. It was a little loud, but only because it was busy and there were both families and large groups around us.
Very limited choices and no naan or any kind of bread at the lunch buffet. I love my palak paneer and it wasnt there either. This is south indian food and spicy. Skip it.
The food here is amazing and the wait staff is super accommodating! I asked for a lamb dish similar to a chicken Marsala and the chef made me something delicious on the spot! The garlic pita bread was amazing and complimented my dish wonderfully! I would definitely eat here again!
Visited this for weekend lunch buffet along with my wife. The buffet included Champagne which was not offered to us at all. Secondly they brought us Nan (bread) only after we asked for it two times, after about twenty minutes into our lunch.
I love Indian cuisine, but today I learned the difference between North Indian cuisine, which is the best, and South Indian cuisine which will give you indigestion and is way too spicy for this American. I ADVISE DONT EAT HERE
Just love d food over here its like water in oasis.very mild spice Indian food and great place for family and friends gets.don't miss d buffet
