This dental office is staffed by a very awesome group of dental care professionals. I had the best prophylaxis/cleaning experience of my life at this dental office this week. I am very pleased to be a client. Thank You.

I've had such terrible experiences with these dentists. Not only do they switch doctors every few months but the do unnecessary surgeries. My crown recently fell out on a tooth that had a root canal. Without any explanations of the x-ray they were ready to pull the roots out and put in an implant. Costing me with insurance over $7000. I found another doctor for a second opinion because I was having no pain. New doctor told me everything looked great and just cemented my crown back on for $150. Always look for another opinion especially if you feel like its necessary or just don't go here. I wish I could give this place a zero star rating.

Thank you Jessica! I had been very disappointed in the care I received but had to go in as my crown came off. Jessica was very kind and explained the Dr was no longer there and went through my POC. I also met the new Dr. She was just as nice. My husband and I are now Sage Care insurance members. Thank you again Jessica for your patience and understanding!

Where to start? Dentists don't stay. Had a cap fall off 3 different times (incompetent) repaired by 3 different doctors. Taylor, office manager NEVER smiles. (RUDE) Delays are more common than not. I stayed longer than I wanted bc it was easier but the bar they aim for finally became too low.

I have read previous rewievs and should have read them before I even went to Sage Dental, Jensen Beach. I have never met such people who totally are only after your money. I went there first for getting extractions on my upper part since i had two broken teeth. I was told I needed bonegrafts as well and they gave an estimate for $5.200 this with my insurance paying for 3 extractions! I could not agree to this, living on Social Disability. Since they are closest to me I decided to give them a second chance and I knew my insurance will pay for the dentures! I needed upper and partial dentures, they took the impressions and told me to come back 3 weeks later. When I arrived I was represented with another treatment plan, they told me I needed 4 crowns in my lower part before they could make any dentures- the bill $4.700 for me and the insurance had already paid for the dentures-$2.300! They also told me I had signed the new treatment plan which I did not, somehow they had copied my first signature or falsified the one they showed me, it sounds now like a police matter.
I simply do not have that kind of money, living on Social Security Disability and they knew about it from my first visit!
Twize they came up with a treatment plan with thousands of dollars, they also charged the insurance company before the services were rendered. Now I am stuck since I need a new dentist but have to wait before they refund my insurance company.this has become a total nighmare.

I had a amazing experience here - carina is the best hygienist! I was so scared to go in for a cleaning because it had been a while - but she was very informative and gentle - also very kind and friendly - thank you sage dental ️

I went to Sage dental with $1000 on my insurance had my teeth cleaned they charged my insurance $562 and then I had to pay another $190 for an oral rinse anabiotic. If I could give them a zero rating I would. Make sure you check all the prices before you have any work done.

The office staff and dental assistants and hygienist are amazing! So friendly and make you feel welcomed. My experience with the dentist, Wendy Batista- Rodriguez was awful. She made me feel so uncomfortable about my dental concerns And like I was a nuisance for even being there. She had horrible bedside manner, she sighed and rolled her eyes during my entire exam. It’s so sad for a newer dentist to have such horrible bedside manner so early into her career. I would highly recommend this office, but this dentist is horrible. See someone else!

I walked into Sage terrified of dentists, due to my childhood dentists always being straight up mean to me. Sage is such a breath of fresh air! Everyone is so nice, the atmosphere is great, and the music is even better. I’m so grateful to Sage of Jensen Beach!

I don’t write reviews but this one is a must. I was there in February. Everything is awful from scheduling to reception, assistants, hygienists, AND dentist. So unprofessional. I waited 15 mins to be taken back and then I waited AN HOUR to be seen by anyone. The assistant took X-rays that were the worst I’ve seen, only partial teeth were visible (at best) and then I waited another 30 mins to see the dentist who talked to the assistant the whole time, while I can hear reception staff gossiping behind us the whole time. Then they quoted me about $3k worth of procedures on a treatment plan. I had previously purchased their SageCare+ plan and with the “discount” I would pay over $1k, I just needed a perio-maintenance cleaning that I used to pay $110 for in North Miami Beach. That’s it. Honestly, I haven’t had a worse experience.

Dont waste your time! Totally unprofessional and rude! The online form does not work and they cant wait 5 minutes for a referral. Sage has way too many bad reviews, find another dentist. The girl at the front desk was rude and incompetent, plus rude to my insurance agent! Read all the bad reviews and find a better dentist dont waste your time! I will never go there again! Rude with a bad attitude and make you wait, but cant wait 4 minutes!

I was a patient here March 2018 prior to moving out of state. This office did a root canal and crown, I was also to get my wisdom teeth at another location of theirs, but that didn't happen. There were issues with my root canal, I was told I have long roots? The doctor was sure he took care of it. Fast forward to the present. He did not. I now have an infected tooth due to a failed root canal. I also have a crown in my mouth that is too big, which I knew when there, and they attempted to smooth it down to make it a little smaller but it wasn't enough. I was told then I'd have to pay for another plus come back to have a new one put in. I WAS MOVING, and this office knew it. Now I'm paying for it again.my wisdom teeth. I was told my teeth had to come out. The office couldn't get me in for an xray but the offices went between one another and said fully ruptured teeth etc. They can be taken out. The oral surgeon at the West Palm Beach office refused to remove without an xray and the xray maching was broken. The guy was a complete baby and had a tantrum in the office. I had taken off work, paid a deposit, and drove round trip over two hundred miles as at the time I was in St Lucie County, but worked in Palm Beach County so had to go home after work, take care of my family, then come back down, just to go back home. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I am paying for their screw up physically as I have an abscess, and financially as I have now paid 5 grand to have this process done twice.

My mom has insurance and was quoted $8k total for a bridge. $4k out of pocket. That's a BIT high for a bridge! She then decided that she would just remove all lower teeth and get a lower denture instead to which the doctor replied that he WON'T DO IT. Why not you ask? We're not sure ourselves. Today she received a quote to extract one tooth - $750 total cost $313 out of pocket. Seems a bit scammy to me. What's the point of having insurance if your doc will just double the price and get paid twice- from your insurance and also from you. What happened to dentists? Are there any out there who became dentists to help people?
I see their replies on here are the same to everyone.automated. Was anyone's issue actually addressed and resolved?

I would not recommend this office. I was charged for a service I did not receive. Also was quoted a final price and received a bill for much more.

Excellent Doctor, staff on the other hand not so good. Mishandled appointment for crown, I lost nearly half of day of work by the time getting rescheduled.
So after 3 days (despite the response that someone will reach out) regarding issue “canned response” below my initial review here, still no communication.
Beware…I am physician of 20yrs with multiple offices locally and find it very hard to recommend this place due to front desk staff issues (Taylor) please see
all other reviews re: condescending remarks etc….
UPDATE 7/13/21: Now after an additional 4 days (1 week total) : Still no response to email requests. BEWARE they have a standard canned response to comments listed below multiple other comments; no replies from email approach and no replies from "Leaving a message on their customer service line"
