I’ve been attending this office for more than 2 years and I have to complement the office manager Yoan for his professionalism and Maria the dental hygienist for her amazing work and service. The professionalism that they modeled is truly remarkable. Maria has gifted hands. Maria truly cares about her patients and the health of their teeth. If you set your appointment with Maria, just know that you are in great hands. She deserves a reward.

Terrible service. Had a crown installation on Me, months later I received horrible pain and looked for another dentist to relive my pain. Come to find out the crown install here was done incorrectly. I asked for my money back and been treated rudely for wanting my money back for a service they couldn't perform. No calls or returns from their corporate office either. Now looking for legal help in the matter

Very bad experiences in that place they gave me a Corona, very bad, I had to undergo the treatment again, I sent them the X-rays so they could see that it was not my lie that the work is bad and no one gave me a solution and I asked them to return what I paid and no one wants to take responsibility for the bad work. I have been calling for 2 weeks and asking for a refund of what I paid them and no one wants to show their face. It is a lack of respect. That office is the worst. I do not recommend that place to anyone. It is a danger and They are not responsible for their bad work.

Today, 9/28/23, I went to this office with the goal of having an oral cleaning and the experience was very bad.
First, violation of medical ethics:
The technician who was performing some x-rays on me interrupted my procedure to assist another assistant, whose behavior showed a lack of training. This forced the technician to neglect me, and without any courtesy, he attended to another patient, leaving me waiting. This situation was repeated twice.
Second: Violation of my right as a patient to decide the most convenient procedure and denial of service.

The Doctor, after doing her dental evaluations, considered that I needed three crowns and a deep cleaning. I decline some procedures and request only a regular oral cleaning.
This caused a change in the Doctor's attitude and without further communication she referred my attention to the hygienist.
The hygienist tried to pressure me to do the deep cleaning. Finally, since I did not accept her proposal, they denied me the service of having my regular oral cleaning done.
All of the suggested procedures involved enormous costs above what my insurance covers.

Abuse: After being in the room, in the middle of the diagnostic procedure, the doctor insisted on verifying my health insurance and interrupted my care and they took me out of the room so that I could go to the from desk to confirm my insurance coverage. Something disrespectful. They were supposed to verify my medical coverage from the moment I called to request the appointment or while I waited in the lobby to be seen.

Excellent service. The staff is very accommodating to my situation of my insurance expiring at the end of the month and was able to squeeze me a oral surgery at short notice.

Sage Dental located at 12695 South Dixie Hwy, Miami, Florida offers the best customer service since the moment you come in. They are very professional and explain me about their services in the most simple and efficient way, so I was able to make a good desicion. I will highly recommend your entire family come to this location.

Excellent individual perfect I've been waiting on a refund for 2 months and Yoan Gandur fixed my problem in 20 minutes great asset to this company. He's a keeper

Procedure but it’s not available for standard service, it was a great plus at my old dentist, the ambiance could use
Improving but not too many people notice that in a dentist office, I would like also to use my musical headphones
To distract from the cleaning noise but that was not offered

Im writing this review for my mother who doesn’t speak English. She went in to get dental implants. And after they worked on her and she began to heal, it didn’t feel right. They did a horrible job installing the implants. She told them that she was not happy with the work they did and she wanted her hard earned money back or at least a portion but they denied. They insisted on getting a second opinion which my mom did. The other dentist acknowledged that the implants were done incorrectly. These people took advantage of the fact that my mom doesn’t read or write English and made her sign a bunch of documents which she didn’t understand and felt very pressured to do. We are currently in the process of hiring a lawyer and suing this clinic for mal practice. I really hope people read all these negative reviews and dont fall victims to these crooks.

I highly recommend this clinic! My family returns repeatedly to see Dr. Mercedes Cuartero. Professional, caring and always recommends the best treatment plans! Highly recommend this clinic and our dentist!

Rude blonde lady in the front desk no wonder they have a lot of turn around getting people to work there. They always have a rush and set appointments that then turn out to be rescheduled.

This place just 6 months ago was great. Not sure whats been going on ever since. Lack of communication, canceling my appointments last minute, saying im not on the schedule when i confirmed on three different occasions. Not sure if theres new management or what. But time to find a new place. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this one
