The staff are wonderful, friendly and professional. I always have a good experience when I take my 11 year old.

The dentist and her assistant were very nice and fast with their work with very little pain.

My brother went in for a cleaning but the receptionist said x-rays would be of no cost to him. After taking them they told him the bill was $800 and he was forced to pay. I figured I'd give the place a try because it's in my insurance plan. Had an appointment at 3, waited for an hour without any update from the receptionist, had to go up to her twice for an update. Finally, when the dental assistant came around he said it was going to be a longer wait because the dentist was busy. I asked why would you make an appointment for a patient at 3 if you know the dentist has a long procedure at that time and she said emergencies happen. Do not go to this place, they have no customer service skills or care in the world.

Corrupt practice. I was told my work was complete. Paid for a crown. Only to find out years later from the next dentist that what I have is a remarkable temporary. Remarkable because they went out of their way to make it look and feel like a crown. That does not seem like quality work. That seems like a shady practice. Anyway, I left the office because my kids were being told they needed excessive work only to find out from the next dentist that was wrong. My daughters unnecessary fillings kept falling out and upon the 3rd or 4th try I started hearing in the grapevine that this is a shady company. Now I call back to ask about this tooth and the manager has an overtly emotional response. Completely unremorseful about my situation and talked over me and then hung up on me. Her entire disposition tells me this is a part of the way they do business. She expects this and is prepared to drive people nuts. I don’t trust her so I will be bringing an officer with me to collect my files.

I went in for a problem tooth and they made it a last priority. They instead made Apt after apt for other things that didn't matter. After my a few appointments I was still in pain the tooth got worse and extremely infected. I went some where else and got it taken care of on the spot. They are money grubbing and don't care about there patients. Don't use them if you need emergency help

Always an amazing experience! Milton is highly knowledgeable and very respectful.
Don’t believe every negative review. There are a lot of people who think they know more than the dentist, arrogant people who treat the dentist like it’s Burger King “have it your way, ” who want everything for free, who think they are the only patient in the entire practice.
I’ve gone to other dental practices in the past, and Sage Dental is miles ahead of everyone else!

Cathy is a great dental hygienist. She is the only hygienist I feel comfortable with since I started going there. And I have had two other hygienist.

By far the worst dental experience of my life and I’ll possible be filing a lawsuit if I can not speak with someone higher up than who they have working for them in the office. I went to this location yesterday for a root canal and long story short they are not very good at their job. They are not organized and they will do little to nothing to help you resolve concerning issues. I have never paid sage dental BEFORE a procedure is done and in this case I was asked to pay before. I refused to pay before and The “manager” roxi stepped up to the front desk and said “you don’t want to pay so you need to leave” my mind was BLOWN and I became outraged at how she approached this situation. I gave her a piece of my mind and the police was called on me and I was trust passed. I would have left at my own will but after asking for a refund for the partial payment they already received from me she said “you didn’t pay here, you need to go where you paid” it was a wrap for my humbleness. Left and right this lady showed poor customer service and that she does this often and no consequences ever fall behind it. The nice police officers tried to help me to their ability but it was little they can do about unprofessional employees. I was treated very poorly. I was blind sided by this upfront payment that nobody mentioned to the patient that always paid after every visit. I don’t care what your policy is and what have to get paid for before or after but THIS was a poor execution and the people you have in your office just made a personal decision to eliminate business for YOU. I paid $100 to set up this appointment and if I can’t be refunded based on the treatment i endured while being a customer here, I will be serving papers. This whole situation is outrageous and my mind is still blown how things took place yesterday.

First I am an educated positive and nice person. What happen to me if I had the opportunity to go back in time I wouldn’t go back to this office. Dr. Pinero put anesthesia and left for 30-40 min and she was treating other parents next to me while I was sitting there. Her response was that there wasn’t enough personal and she was doing everything. When she came back she put the needle in hard and deep in the roof of my mouth (with more anesthesia because she had left me for so long). I was so scared to go back for the rest of the treatment so I brought my daughter and she treated her so bad and she told her she couldn’t be in the room. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

Yesterday I went for my 2: 30 PM cleaning appointment and I was told that I also had a 2 PM appt for an exam/X-ray. The front desk personnel proceeded to tell me that because I allegedly missed that exam/X-ray appointment, their dental office would not honor my scheduled cleaning appointment.

Given that I had already left my work, arrived at the office, was not yet late for the cleaning appointment, and the fact that the cleaning and annual exam have nothing to do with each other, I requested to have my cleaning done. They refused stating that it was policy that I had to have my exam/X-ray prior to my cleaning.

And I supposedly did not have an annual exam/X-ray since June 2021 (news to me as I had all three routine cleanings in 2022). I said that doesn’t make sense as the two - the exam/X-ray and cleaning - have nothing to do with each other. I asked if it was my policy’s rule or that of the office, and per a second woman, it was the rule of both. This was very frustrating because I not only work in the industry but I’m an attorney, and know that is absolutely false. And simply doesn’t make sense.

Cleaning is a part of routine, preventative care.

So if you’re in the business of dental care, why would you not be excited to proceed with the scheduled cleaning appointment and work on rescheduling the X-ray/exam. Instead, it is clear that Sage dental has such a mandate to reissue you have an X-ray in order to proceed with a cleaning for the purpose of getting more money.

This appears to be all about greed.

Ultimately, Sage dental is not concerned about the well being of their patients, but rather making sure they milk every opportunity to bill one’s insurance plan as much as possible to make more money. In short, I do not suggest going to Sage Dental and I will be finding a new dental office accordingly. Due to my experience yesterday and their inflexibility, Sage Dental has lost a long time patient.

I wouldn't spend another dime with this company. It takes a year to get dentures and you go back multiple times like 10 or more and they just are not capable to make them. I knew they wouldn't give me my money back because I feel they are very dishonest with the money and insurance. I finally gave up and excepted the dentures they did finally make but the partial and denture just fall out of my mouth. They aren't functional for appearance and I most definitely can't eat with them. I got a low refund with the credit I did have for the temporaries they didn't make because it was so long before they got around to make them, my gums were healed and ready for the permanent ones. Needless to say they made free money and the customer satisfaction they are not worried about. It just the money. I am having to do this all over again and with a skinny pocket to boot. Oh and don't go and make a complaint it will get fixed never that's just the way they work.

I sheparded my friend through her appointment at Sage Dental Wellington recently and found patient concern each step of the way. Special thanks to Maritza and Dr. Pinero for their professional care and thoughtfulness.
