Just saw a video on IG of some Dariana lady. I will never go back. She was trying fix the issue

Do not trust this dental office! I paid for the package that entitled me to two exams, x-rays, and two cleanings per year. I had a full set of x-rays done and the new dentist there, Dr. Rodriguez, told me that I needed a deep cleaning for $325 and refused to let me get a regular cleaning. She also told me that I needed 5 crowns, 1 filling, and my 2 bottom wisdom teeth pulled. I got a second opinion from a dentist that my family uses and trusts. This dentist told me I eventually might need 3 crowns but nothing urgent. I had no cavities and I definitely did not need my two wisdom teeth extracted. Stay away from this dentist! She's a crook!

My friend has the worse experience with Dariana. I will never go back until she tells me this was fix SMH

I have to take my review back since the place changed. The customer service is terrible, the front desk girl was just nasty. They never have any appointment available and when you finally comes in they are just rude. They are doing everything to charge my insurance for no reason. That Dariana character was just stupid

Deep cleaning was a relaxed experience. The hygienist was gentle and thorough. I would not hesitate in the future to get it done.
The office staff are very efficient and pleasant.
I recommend Sage Dental.

After having braces for 2 years, I had avoided going to the dentist. My husband convinced me to go for a check up last year with Dr. Romero, and I am happy to say that I just had my second appointment.

Dr. Romero is very kind, caring and professional. Also, she is bilingual, which is awesome since my first language is Spanish and I was able to ask a lot of questions, and she patiently answered all of them. In addition to the good work the staff is great and polite. I highly recommend them.

My wife and I have been going to sage dental for many years now and we are very happy with the results. We are lifelong customers.

Exellent and thorough cleaning. Hygienist was professional and attentive throughout the process.everything was explained prior to the cleaning and when the cleaning was completed the follow up and recomendations were discussed.first time i felt i was not tortured in a dental chair!

The staff was amazing! From check in to check out. I had to bring my 4 year old to my appointment because my babysitter cancelled. The ladies in your office were amazing keeping her occupied during my appointment. I can't thank them enough. All the information I needed to know about my future procedure was carefully explained to me in detail. Everyone was very caring and understanding. You have an amazing team there. I will be back and will and will recommended this office!

I was in severe pain yesterday and they saw me immediately. They care so much about their patients and accommodated me with great professionalism. Looking forward to my next visit. Thank you to the entire staff.

Everyone is a salesman at Gentle Dental. I was told by the Dentist that I had a cracked filling and 2 small cavities, before looking at xrays! Then hygienist tried upselling me on a deeper cleaning, when I didn't go for it she found another 2 cavities that the dentist missed? ! The treatment plan was almost two thousand bucks! I go to the same dentist in NY for the past 7 years, and haven't had a cavity in over 20 years! So much for taking advantage of their new patient $69 special! LOL

Avoid these Gentle Dental factories!

Worst dentist ever. They quoted me a certain amount prior to my procedure beginning, once it was completed it was $150 more. They didnt have a reason why. On top of that they made me come back 3x just to get a cleaning! They just want to bill insurances for as much as possible.

Excellent customer service! Everyone is so friendly and the dentist and dental hygienist do a wonderful job of explaining everything well and make sure that you are comfortable. For the first time in a long time, I feel comfortable going to the dentist. Highly recommend!

I went in for a crown. I paid $950 in advance. They did the buildup, and led me to believe my next appointment the crown would be installed instead they wanted to do 1000 dollars of bone surgery and gum, which came out of no where. Somehow the tooth was destroyed in rootcanal. They never made the crown and won't refund the money, or part of the money. They wont do anything until I have the surgery. I may sue. I am in a credit card dispute. Rock bottom bad service!
