Sage Dental of Weston

They have been totally unprofessional. First the waiting room is not Covid-19 adequately regulated. Everybody is standing next to each other with no social distancing supervisions. They take your temperature at the counter when you have been in contact with other patients. Nobody at the door to control the flow of incoming and out coming patients. The supervisor of the office rudely commented that they are not mandatory to respect the Covid regulation! Wow! They are absolutely careless concerning the wellness of their patients and employees! Additionally, I took an appointment for teeth cleaning only but they decided to make it a periodontal exam as well without previously informing me that it’s a 2 hours appointment instead of of1. So I had a telemedicine appointment already scheduled creating a conflicting agenda. I requested to have the tooth cleaning and come back later for the periodontal check up but the supervisor has been extremely unaccommodating, unprofessional and very rude. I had to stay for the all duration of the appointment or not at all! Unbelievably disappointing! Would you want to be rudely addressed in the same matter?

I came to Sage Dental to get a cleaning and full dental exam and I had the best experience!

The dentist Dr. Chacin and my hygienist Lisbet were very efficient and meticulous in their work. My hygienist was so friendly and extremely knowledgeable in how to clean under and around my porcelain veneers without causing any damage. This was was one of my biggest concerns after getting my veneers and it feels like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders after knowing I am in good hands with Lisbet and Dr. Chacin. She definitely knows what she is doing and is very gentle on the teeth and gums for anyone worried about dental pain. I definitely recommend! If I could rate 10/10 I would.

Today I had my oral cancer scan and cleaning. From start to finish, I was treated like a VIP. I was in and out safely in about 40 minutes. Can’t wait for my next appointment.

I've been using Sage Dental Weston for the last 2 years. My hygienist Sandra is a courteous and find dental worker, her hands are soft and gentle to the mouth and teeth. I would recommend this place to everyone who needs

Stay far away from this practice! They upsell like crazy and want to charge you for all litttle things not covered by your insurance. Like $40 for flouride, $15 for 4 sides of your mouth for antibacterial spray which tastes disgusting and is useless. They act like you're crazy when you tell them you just want the cleaning covered by your dental insurance and not all the little b.s. Money-making things. Also, g-d forbid you tell the dental hygenist that you don't want flouride. She'll proceed to argue with you about it right before your cleaning. I will not be back! Find a normal dental practice and not a dental farm!

Lots of shine and no substance kind place.everyone is very nice and all smiles! Took my daughter to her yearly teeth cleaning. To my surprise during her cleaning appointment, I was told she needs to be seen by a "hygienist"and although I was "at" a cleaning appointment, I need to wait 40 mins or come back (?). Simply brushing is more efficient than what was done there! What a waste of time and effort and I am sure they will charge my insurance. Shameful!
