Man oh man! First time here and my husband and I wanted to pay for more services IMMEDIATELY after being done. We went for the 30 min foot massage and let me just say you will want atleast an hour. The service was great, the room was relaxing and not to mention the soothing essential oils that hit your senses as soon as you enter. It may not look like much outside but don’t be fooled. They also honored the groupon price for us on Saturday even though groupon days are mon -Thursday which was awesome! 10/10 would recommend.

Mandatory Tip? Yes @Jacovia Wolf. They tried to force a tip on my party and I as well. The front desk person got loud with me and told me that I had to tip for the other 3 people in my party I was the last one to leave. I tipped for myself and I actually checked with the others in my party after the fact 1 of 3 told me they tipped already and the other 2 weren’t happy with massage so they didn’t tip. So I tipped for myself (this is before she started to yell at me about tipping for the rest) and she brought up rest of tips I said is it mandatory? She said, you have to pay 20% tip and pointed to her sign, ‘Tips are Appreciated 20%’. I stated, “It says appreciated not required “ she kept yelling at me as I walked out. Extremely unprofessional. @Jacovia Wolf this kind of thing happened to you 4 months ago and they stated there under new management in their reply to you but they are keeping up business in the same way acting like bullies. Apparently, they haven’t changed and won’t.

I went to have a spa day with the girls and as a group we spent over $500. They charged us an additional $20 per person to take a very uncomfortable shower. The massage wasn't even all that, the person that was working on me was putting their elbow hard into my tailbone. Also they were digging their long nails into my feet. Even after that they still tried to force a tip.

I love this place! I go in here anytime I need to relieve my stress! I always feel so refreshed after going to Sahara Oasis. Excellent staff, highly accommodating and caring. They aim to heal!

I understand that we must pay before massage as they had a experience with customer leaving with out paying but the 30 percent gratitude is forced before the message is done. That should be waited until the end and it it's should be 30 percent. They look at you like your crazy if you give them less as if part of a charge instead of gratitude. Other than that the massage are great but they need to change the flow of the business.

I had a 45 min massage from Lin. It was heavenly. The room and table were comfortable. Lin was great with her massage. The music and aroma in the room were calming. I hope to come back!

Reasonable. The massage therapist, Lin, did an excellent job! The lady at front desk could work on her customer service skills. She had me sit down a couple of minutes when I first walked in while she spoke to her cell phone company. Massage made up for that though!

Didn’t appreciate the staff’s lack of professionalism. Glad I didn’t have to pay full price to get this experience.definitely won’t be going back. The massage lady answered her cell phone mid-massage! Not very relaxing.and then the lady who runs the show demanded tips for everyone before we could leave! I was baffled.

The massage in intense, but really good. They always charge what ever they want. Make sure to ask the price before you start.

Soothing and relaxing atmosphere. Prices are reasonable and they customize to your needs. Staff is friendly, professional and known what they are doing. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Went there accidentally while looking for a different place. Decided to roll with it and was so glad I did! Best massage ever.
