I was advised in December of last year that my insurance carrier would not be insuring homes in Florida, and I would need to find another carrier.
Upon receiving notice that I would not soon have homeowners insurance, I attempted to contact my insurance agent Peter Sicoli from Sailfish Insurance Group. After multiple attempts to contact him, I was always referred to an assistant who knew absolutely nothing about my situation.
I took it upon myself, prior to the expiration of my policy, to procure another policy from another insurance agency broker that actually returned my phone call.
I strongly advise you to steer clear of this insurance agency. Their customer service is horrible.

I reached out to Peter this morning to inquire on my roadside assistance coverage. My car wouldn’t start and I had some questions for him regarding that coverage. I wasn’t even 100% sure if it was the battery. I didn’t have anyone home to jumpstart my car and he offered to come by to jump it for me. A neighbor was home and able to help but Peter went above and beyond offering to come by to help me and I’m thankful for that.
