I've moved a few times and still choose to drive to this location because the service is just amazing.

I have been going to this place for a few years now and I call to make an appointment for my dog that has bad diarrhea and they tell me to call back next week because they are booked up and they don't have their schedule for next week yet. I tell them my dog's problem and they said that I need to call around someplace else because they can't make an appointment for my dog this week. It seems like there's a new doctor in there every time I go and the place is getting worse all the time. They have decent prices but I guess that goes along with the care you get. I told them I will find me a new veterinarian and I will not ever go back to them and they said okay and hung up.

We give 5 stars! Everyone was so caring and helpful answering all our questions about being new Dog owners especially Jessie! He is amazing! Happy we found a place to care for our new member of our family!

All they care about is the money, if u can't pay then don't go there, I paid $350.00 to have my pet checked that was falling down n walking side ways, no empathy fire your pet

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. First, this place looks like it was dropped out of a tornado and landed disheveled in place. The sign is tattered and torn. I called the reception to check-in for my 8: 30 appointment and she was BEYOND rude. I asked when I was going to be seen. She literally told me "you want me to go ask a question I don't know the answer to? " NO, I want you to go ask a question to find the answer to. Then I found out the doctor was taking his sweet time coming to work and was not even there yet. So I had 3 appointments before my 8: 30 appointment to be seen first. What an absolute dump. Again, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Excellent customer service and Covid protocols. Went today and was in and out in a flash. The tech (didn't get his name) was amazing with my Lola.

Your dog sees the vet here for 10 years and they don't have a record of them! WTH. Westend Clinic by Jersey Mikes in St Cloud took care of him while the folks at this place suffered through their memory lapse.

Wow, a few months back cancel on me, because the doctor wasn't available for an appointment they made. That's okay I was completely cool about it. Fast forward to today's reschedule. I thought I had an appointment at 8: 45, I show up to the parking lot at 8: 41, appointment was at 8: 30, they said they have a 10 minute late policy. And would have to reschedule. Oh come on.a very one-sided business. It should make you wonder what kind of care they're giving your pets. If that's the way they are operating administratively how are they actually executing their profession. Beware.

I take my dog. Their when she is sick.they are pretty reasonable on Their price. And they do work with you. If you can, t afford it.

Always healing and always doing their best with the exception of every now and again when they are over wheeled or busy. They are still an amazing clinic and have been here forever. I've taken animals here for decades, and the owner, Dr. Adtkins, is the best Vet.you can have if you can get him (although he doesn't work every day, so ask for him if it is a serious matter-hes been a vet for probably 60+ or so yrs.
I do like all the nurses and drs there, however, and I've dealt with most all.
Sometimes the front desk people are a little stern but its mostly because they have a backload of work.theyre actually quite pleasant if you push them into submissive kindness.lol.seriously, give the front gals a break if they do become aggitated.they work under stressful conditions in that busy place.
My many animals have had many surgeries there. You can visit them if they stay over or are there for extended times.so u will be allowed in the back. Clean and well-kept.and totally follow all regulations.

Take both of my fur babies here and I absolutely love it. They are very informative, and they do not pressure you for additional services like other Vets do.

If you are looking for pet care at reasonable prices this is the right place for you to come. The technicians are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Due to Covid-19, we "parents" are required to wait in our cars for the techs to take the "kids" inside. Everything is taken care of while we waited, the bill is present, paid and everyone is happy.

It's a really great place!

If I could give no stars I would. This place is VERY sketchy! I could swear that the doctor was on something, he just didn't seem "right". He handled both my dogs very ruff and over all the place was just dirty. I will never come here again. They just showed up with random syringes. Not like at a regular vet where you can tell what they are giving your dogs. I should have left to begin with. Save yourself the second guessing and get your shots somewhere else.

Very kind techs and doctors. Alex has been going to them for six yrs. I refer friends and neighbors, They are resonable and caring. No complains in six years and my dog has had many problems.
