Saint Francis Pet Care Centers Trinity reviews
7Very caring Veterinary Practice. I feel my aging furry buddy is in the most capable hands possible!
I brought my toy poodle to get her teeth checked and she needed it clean. They took her in within 2 weeks. She was bad shape and started to show signs that her teeth was effectively causing harm to her health. Been 7 days and she herself again. I love the staff and have a positive feeling when I walked in. My little girl wasn’t nervous and did very good with her! I am glad Saint Francis is now her vet! I know everything going up of cost, it’s good to know she will be healthy to live long life and happy. Happy dog, happy Me!
My dog needed help and Dr Bruce started him on the right food. He lost 6 ponds and is doing great!
BEST VET IN ODESSA AREA. I CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW CARING AND AMAZING ALL THE VETS ARE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
We had been very nervous about switching vets on our fur baby (kitty) after he was diagnosed with heart disease in July 2020, but after moving and his old vet leaving the practice, it was time to make the jump and see if there was another vet whom we could entrust his needs with.
We saw the outstanding reviews for SFPCC and decided to give them a try and got an appointment scheduled with Dr. Simpson. After our first appointment, we are over the moon with Dr. Simpson and the staff's service! Dr. Simpson was very personable, took so much time to examine our kitty, explained everything in layman's terms, and was simply a delight to speak with!
We are so happy we made the switch since we had never had a vet take so much time to go in depth over what's going on and not seem like she was under a time crunch. I am truly impressed, and we look forward to bringing Sammy for all his medical needs to SFPCC going forward. Thank you so much!
Dr. Simpson was knowledgeable, caring, and thorough. My dog trusted her completely. I am grateful to have found her! Thank you for taking such good care of Jim!
We took our very sick puppy 4-5 times during a 2 week period for them to keep “guessing” what was making him sick. They kept trying different meds etc.and nothing was working. My puppy could barely move at this point and we ask for a test to be completed first before we proceeded with the treatment plan. The dr sat in the back and wouldn’t even come in to speak with us regarding her concerns. To me, this was very unprofessional, she also had the staff run back and forth with questions and answers bc she wasn’t being paid the “RE-check” fee which was just paid on Friday and this was a follow up to see how the meds were working! Very bad experience all around. Almost $800 in expenses and they still couldn’t get him better. We won’t be back.
On a positive note the other staff members assisting us were super awesome and caring!
