Sushi was absolutely excellent! Not 100% thrilled with the service as had to ask for just about everything to include utensils and napkins and those we received 1 at a time during water refills. Still the best nigiri sushi I've had in the area yet!

Hands down the best sushi in Pensacola and I’d even wager in the entire panhandle. Been here 6 times and I rate it 10/10.

This place is delicious and amazing. BUT PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THEY ARE UNDERSTAFF. I’m a foodie myself and I know majority of restaurants are well understaff so please let’s be nice and give them a break. I’m sure they are trying their best to fulfill our needs.

I really wish I wasn't writing this as I used to be a huge fan of Sake. Apparently the owners have become completely out of touch and I am so sympathetic to the people who work for them. Our server tonight was obviously taking on way too much.as was the whole restaurant. We arrived at 5: 30 and were quoted a 30 min wait. Absolutely no big deal. We were seated by 6 ordered by 6: 10. We did not receive our food until 7: 20.it happens.again. It's okay. Everyone is understaffed right now. Our tempura roll came out cold. A volcano roll was ordered and there was no spicy crab salad on top. That's okay we just don't want to pay for it since we didn't get it. We brought it up and said if we could just get charged for the California roll instead of the volcano all is good. Server said "I will speak to management but they are in a mood" yes literally said they are "in a mood" No discount was offered. Whatever. Server comes back and says that her manager said it was the same price so nothing would be changed. Now I know there is only a dollar difference but it's unacceptable for them to not offer to make things right. The server literally gave us a dollar out of her own bank I suspect. It was given back in her tip of course. I just don't understand why this was handled this way. It was a party of four and my party of two had a tab of $94. You're telling me a business can't afford to take care of people that are putting decent money in their pockets? Ridiculous.

Tempura was over breaded and soba noodles were over cooked and very greasy. We were not able to eat.

Great authentic sushi and other great treats. Staff was incredible, and the "man in charge" is the best in the business!

Everything here was house made and extremely well prepared. Wait staff was busy but still efficient and wonderful, even when dealing with an ugly situation with a difficult customer. Food was amazingly delicious, would definitely come back or recommend.

Honestly took a little bit to be seated, the service was not good, the food was not good. And I don’t complain, like I’m not picky. But eating at Tokyo and then coming here I was not impressed. My friend ordered Karubi rib dinner and it was very fatty. My friend commented on how expensive it was and that it wasn’t good and they didn’t even comp the food. The vegetables tasted smoked, which was not good at all. The teriyaki chicken I got was okay, and so was the chicken soup and salad. The fried rice that came with it was overly sticky/soggy and like dry to eat. Also I ordered sushi in the beginning and it was never brought out. Not impressed and will not come here again.

The food was great and out server was very friendly; however, I never received my miso soup that I ordered. However, I still give it 4 stars because other than that, it was a great experience.

If I could give it 10 stars, I would! I've enjoyed sushi all over the country, and this is the best I've had. Great service, love the music, and beautiful atmosphere. I thought it was absolutely fabulous and I'll definitely go back! Wish I'd taken more pics!

Loved this place. The hibachi fried rice was amazing. The Hibachi chef, waiter, hostess, and I believe owner, were so nice. They have lunch specials every day of the week. The building looks like it was formerly a small church, nicely decorated. We were the only ones having hibachi, but that wasn't an issue. Everyone else appeared to be having the bento boxes or sushi. Can't wait to go back.

DON’T EVER COME HERE! The owner of this place has to be the most irresponsible person that I’ve known. We went there for a family dinner and everything tasted extremely bad except the hibachi. The server that served our table never come by to check on us. Overall, don’t waste your money here if you won’t get to enjoy food and bad customer service!

This place is very good. Good atmosphere and friendly service. Really nice sushi bar. Cozy and welcoming. The sushi was good but my spicy salmon was really dark red. Maybe they prepared it that way and it was a bit mushy looking. I would recommend it though because everyone I know who has gone here liked it and the prices are decent and the happy hour is really cheap for sushi and shashimi.

Took my daughter in law and grandbabies today and was pleased with our experience. We were seated promptly and service was great! Food was tasty and came quickly. The only downside was the tight space, seems a little crowded. Loved the atmosphere though, friendly staff and great food! We will definitely be back!

We went at a very busy time, but were seated rather soon. Staff was friendly and efficient. Add usual, the food was wonderful. My only negative comment is that the big open space can get very loud when the restaurant is busy. Some improvement to the acoustics would make for a more pleasant dining experience.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced here. Host was snarky, rude and disrespectful. When the owner was informed, excuses were made for this child who has been rude and disrespectful on previous occasions. The host continued to be blatantly obnoxious towards our whole hibachi table and nothing was done. We will never be back!

Delicious sushi! Our server wasn't very attentive but the sushi chefs were very polite and made sure we had what we needed.

Wow, first and last time eating at this generic very americanized sushi spot. If I could give it a zero for rating and a zero for how I feel after eating it I would. I don’t fault them, they are probably catering to their cliental, but if you want good sushi head down to Khons, that’s where I’ll be!

Went there today and I was okay with waiting a total of 30 minutes since they have good food and I got a normal sushi and sashimi combo that ended up being $44 I’m sorry but that’s way too expensive for sushi I will not be coming back again and there were no prices online so I was expecting it to be maybe $30 but that’s ridiculous

Okay food. Horrible service. "Owner" was very rude to me and my guests. Not even sure if that was the real owner who came to speak to us, but Maybe it was an off day, but one thing i can say was it was my first and last time spending money with this establishment.
