I came to Sakina dismantled and chaotic, dealing with post traumatic experiences, a low self-esteem, and completely unaligned with my mind, body, spirit. I felt like I was always fighting against myself, unable to establish boundaries with myself and with people in my life, I was exhausted and felt defeated.
Sakina helped me discover my self-worth, guided me to understand that I am all I need and to trust my feelings. I am now confident to set appropriate boundaries, I work with myself instead of against myself, and my relationships have grown deeper with this awareness.
I can’t express how amazing it feels to have “found” myself and I owe it all to Sakina for facilitating me on this journey!
