I went to check out some of their designer items with my wife. The sales ladies make you feel like a thief. Following you around when trying out sunglasses and giving you looks. I asked for the second shoe to try them both on. I took a walk to the mirror and the lady is right on my tail following me around like I’m about to take off running. I bought the shoes but I don’t like this store or the way they operate there.

Purchased cosmetics that were dried out, used, and unusable. Unacceptable, especially from a high end store. Very unsatisfied customer, will never return.

Terrible customer service. All the employees are just staring at their phones when there’s several people that are waiting to be helped. When I asked where to go return something I got a condescending answer.

My wife and I always shop here for Aventis. The women who help us at the Aventis counter are amazing and very helpful. I think the customer service in the rest of the store needs a bit of an overhaul, but all in all this is an above average shopping experience.

The cashier in the Men's Shoe Dept were acting as if I didn't belong other than that. They had what I needed.

The men’s dept is the only dept that is helpful. The rest of the store the sales people act like you should be helping them?

Went here specifically for Gucci and got what I was looking for. In general staff were helpful (both at Gucci and Saks)

If you aren’t over the age of 50, shopping here is a nightmare and customer service is non-existent. If you like to get profiled for being young, as well judged, stared at, but never helped, come here. Otherwise, you’re better off shopping online. One thing old women can’t buy is youth, so all the bitter, snobby sales associates that work there should remember that, get over themselves, and assist paying clientele regardless of age

This should really get his attention. The son of the owner of Saks Fifth Ave Nelson Baker that lives in West Palm is a disgusting prick. I was seeing Nelson and then just sent me a text saying they he's not going to see me anymore without any explanation. I found out that he blocked my number I can't even get a good explanation of why he just ended things so rudely. So I thought this would really get his attention. I don't think he would want a guy to do this to one of his daughters so why is he doing it to me? Nelson, I'll be waiting for your phone call.
