I would give it less than one star. It is not because of the merchandise. Instead, the one or less star review is for the horrible sales associates. I have tried to ignore the rudeness, but over the last few years it has gotten worse. Please do not get me wrong, there are some really nice people working there. Unfortunately, the ones who are not outweigh them 3 to 1. I can imagine it is hard to work up enthusiasm or happiness working there. It can be seen in the annoyed expressions, slow speed and unpleasant tone of the associates. In addition, the store is always messy and/or dirty looking. Also, if you do not know something do not become rude.

It is sad because this is my local store, but after yesterday's experience, I will not be back again soon. Sawgrass store is so much better. It is clean and the sales associates while extremely busy are always pleasant and hard working.

My rating would have been higher if the cashier that was doing my return could have been as nice as the greeter @ the front of the store & more professional. The cashier loudly shouted to a Mgr.about my transaction; so, that all the other customers knew my business. This was very unprofessional.

The selection of clothing & prices is very good & the prices are too.

Place is nice. Selection is not so trendy. Not a high end customer experience in terms of store staff.

The location and overall staff I give 5 stars (especially Sandrena, a breath of fresh air with great customer service & Tina the store manager, absolute assets.

Unfortunately, mens associate KAI was a spawn sent directly from Hell. Seriously her behavior was so random and uncalled for I had to leave a review, more of a WARNING to others. To say my experience with her was negative would be an understatement, it was Chilling. Such a very negative person, seriously.

I'm 100% sure HR has absolutely no clue of the ticking time bomb (KAI) they have employed. Sadly her own colleagues and other customers witnessed her very sporadic unnecessary aggressive behavior, overall a very unethical and bitter associate.

If she were asked her about her behavior her answer would probably identify herself as a liability.

You have to spend some time in the store but you always find something fabulous. Beautiful winter coats, scarfs, gloves etc. What I love is the sunglasses, they have a nice and big selection

This store has really gone down the drain. Used to be you could find great designed apparel at good prices. Now it looks like poor quality merchandise purchased just for this outlet.

Check out clerks should be aware of promotions.it cost us 37 dollars buy one get 2nd pair 50% off shoes.we had ti return to get our discount.

One of your staff told an elderly handicapped shopper with a walker to go to a restaurant bathroom. That she could not use the store washroom. I was shocked! She said I don’t make the rules. As if that treat of this person was ok!

Love this place to shop. So many discounts for highend garments. Come here and no need to pay full price for a high ticket item. There is clothes for your wife, your kids, your husband. You will like what the store offers for its size. If you love to save, visit the place!

Even though it's OFF 5th there was little variety and most of the stuff in the men's department is damaged.no stars

Horrible customer service from Marlene. I ask her for help she was rude and apparently doesn’t know where anything is. Cause when I ask her for help with an item she answered back sarcastically I don’t know where did u find it and walk away. First time coming here and it will be my last.

Terrible survive ever, if I can give half star, I would. All of the stuffs do not want serve on the phone or in store.

African American girl in shoe dept super rude. Was abt to leave but decided to look around since we needed a gift for my frinds mom. Other than that, good selection of products, excellent prices. The girls at the counter and by purse dept super nice. Thank God I interacted w the other employees bc otherwise I would have never returned to the store.
