SAKURA JAPANESE STEAK HOUSE AND SUSHI BAR, Winter Haven FL

Went for lunch and got dinner for two to get a sampling of a bunch of things (shrimp, lobster, scallops, chicken and steak). Scallops and steak were great, chicken was okay and the rest was overcooked. I wish that these places would seat parties differently, adult couples by themselves do not generally want to be seated with a bunch of kids. Made the meal much less enjoyable.

Absolutely love this restaurant. I would have given 5 stars but I feel that the bathroom could have been detailed cleaned a little better and it could’ve used an air freshener. Other than that Food & Service is great

Amazing food! I love this place. The service was prompt considering how busy they were. Their menu is a bit pricey but totally worth it for special occasions.

Absolutely love this place. My husband and i came here for our 1st date 7 years ago. We now love in Jacksonville and come every year for our anniversary. Food is fantastic. Service is excellent.

I went there oct 26 2021 n we had 11 ppl tell me why these ppl split our food in between them 11 ppl I didn’t get all my food when I told them They didn’t care they made me pay 38 dollars for food I had to spit between 11 ppl don’t go there waste of money u won’t be getting all of your food

Hibachi is good here, but the sushi here is the real sleeper hit. Easily the best sushi in Winter Haven. Beauty and Beast roll and Passion roll are both really good.

The food and service here has always been excellent. It seems that because of inflation to keep their prices the same they have reduced some of the portions of the meal. I kind of missed having this for lunch the next day.

We often eat dinner at Sakura when we go to Legoland. I love that fried rice is included with their hibachi dinner and you don't have to pay extra. Plus, you have fried rice and noodles included in your hibachi plate. Service has always been pleasant.

The family had hibachi and I had sushi. Both the hibachi experience and food was amazing. The sushi was amazing as well. Definitely a good place to go every now and then!

Good food and chef was very entertaining. They even made balloon animals for the kids. I had a Pamatini and sushi rolls which was delicious!

The restaurant was packed and for good reason delicious. My husband and I only had a 15 min wait

While the atmosphere was good, the food was a bit lacking. The sushi was dry and bland. The rice, noodles, and clear soup were also bland. The salmon tasted fishy and bland. But the steak was delicious. It's, in my opinion, relatively average. You could find places better and worse.

First & last time here for sure.the sushi was okay & waitress was kind of rude.it’s currently 3am and my stomach hurts from their food…. Had to force myself to vomit & now i feel so much better SMH! Definitely won’t be returning….

Found a cool rock here and they wouldn’t let me take it inside because they said it was “unsanitary” and “stop don’t bring that pigeon in here”, I had to leave my rock outside

Visited for 1st time, the environment was nice. They were busy on a Wednesday, the food was great. Portions were decent and have to say the food was yummy. I would definitely visit again and recommend.

I always order for pickup. The host are always pleasant. The sushi is always fresh and made well. My favorites are the Yummy yummy & Fancy Dragon rolls. I would highly recommend.
