We fired Arturo and his company “Sunshine Salazars Landscaping Inc. ” in September 2020 right after he was fired by our neighbor for poor service and damaged property. They did not provide a contract that specified what his services would be. That left the door open for him to make promises of service that would not ever be provided. We had informed them that they were constantly breaking sprinkler heads up next to the house. They did not tell me they broke the heads. There were six heads broken up next to the house that were spraying into my soffits. When I notified them about them and asked them to replace them they ignored me and then just did not show up for the next three weeks. When I complained, Arturo said he had not been paid for the last two months. That was not correct. He had not been paid yet for the current month. He refused to pay for the damaged sprinkler heads and said he was not going to service my lawn anymore. I told him that was a moot point because he was fired. And I expected never to hear from him again.
That was until this month November 2021 when they sent me a bill for service in October 2021, over a year after I had fired him.
Salazar does not keep accurate billing records and the bill you get is an unprofessional invoice that is not generated from bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks to keep his records accurate.
To summarize, they damaged my property and refused to make it right, made a false assertion about getting paid and sent me a bill a year after having been fired for service as if I just had service is very dishonest. Don’t trust these guys.

Arturo is the owner and manages this company. He is very kind and hard working. He is flexible and does a wonderful job with landscaping, tree trimming, mangrove trimming, maintenance, planting, everything! His prices are the best in town.
