Horrible service! Food was tasteless no seasoning and over cooked and management would not correct the order. We won’t be patronizing this business any more. Just terribly upsetting! Kids wouldn’t eat the food, A waste of money

Got number 7 combo wing not hot or fresh or hot Onions rings full of Greasy and not freshly cooked. My mistake I waited until I got home to check my order. Make sure you check order before leaving the drive through window.

The food is not fresh. The gyro meat was refried and over cooked. I have the worst stomach ache. To get your food you have waiting long lines for over priced food that will make you sick.

Food was just ok. Fries were not fresh. Salad was just mediocre. Not the Greek salad I was expecting. They gave us a cup with a hole in it so the lemonade leaked all over my console. Very expensive for what we got.

My order was incorrect, but I only found that out once I got home. They had one job and one job only. To toss my chicken tenders in Buffalo ad requested while taking my order in the drive through. Also the individual at the window seemed to have an attitude like I was bothering her or something when I asked for extra condiments.

Had a burger and it was actually amazing. You could tell that it was made fresh. Probably won't go back just because it way out of my way. Still very good overall.

Absolutely the worst Gyro ever.
1. Tomatoes were old and small, I got 2.2. Lettuce, what lettuce.
3. The tazziki could have salvaged some of this but it was clumpy and non existant.
4. The bread was either old or microwaved. TERRIBLE.
5. AND THE MEAT! Crunchy and overcooked. It tasted good on the one piece I found that LOOKED edible!

Went there after a football game late night dinner! Had chicken tenders & fries. Took it to go & food was still hot & tenders are awesome all white meat good stuff!

The food was decent once I got the correct order. I went through the drive through and my order was not as requested. Once I got to the window explaining the inaccuracies with what I was given, the cashier at the window asks, "Who took your order? As if he were not the person working the window the entire time. "

I wouldn't recommend no one to order here from uber eats. The girl that work on the cashier register is rude and a disgrace. She didnt look clean and when she get upset she will tamper your food. She did not wash her hands and not following infection control guidelines. This is the worse experience i ever had. Im still surprise this location still open for business.

This drive through takes at least 25-35 minutes every time you go through it, regardless of the time of day.definitely not FAST food and something needs to be worked on with the organization of the drive thru.the line is constantly wrapped around the building

Food is good but regular mistakes in the order though they manage to make sure customer satisfaction is ok if I have time to come back and let them know.

I wanted a fish sandwich but I wanted basa instead of tilapia and they would not substitute even though I offered to pay extra.

Gotta say one of the best salems I've eaten at and uber eats to pick up from. The staff is always on top of it and friendly.

The first disgusting Salem's Fresh Eats I've experienced in my 10 years of being a customer. Although my entire meal was old and disgusting, but the fried okra was nasty.over breaded, gooey and very old. This was my very first time at that Salem because I was in the area, now I know not to ever go there again.worst experience on my birthday
