Sally Beauty, Tampa FL

Was just at the Sally at Citrus and saw a product that I wanted with a clearance price tag for $4.99 went to check out was told the total was $16.01. I showed the cashier it w as in clearance she went the beach and asked the manager who said that it couldn't stay on clearance. So to me that's false advertising.

The lady that was working here was very helpful and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for

I came in on Christmas Eve and was greeted with a smile. They have a wide range of products and always offer to help find what you need. I’ll be back for the products and good customer service!

Store closes at 7 and i got there at 6: 57.i knew exactly what i needed so i wouldve been in and out before 7 but they wouldnt even let me in.

Didn't have what I needed. But they usually are okay when I go there which isn't that often at all.

This store has completely terrible customer service. I’ve gone in about 8 times now and I haven’t had a single good experience. The staff is so rude. For no reason. Don’t come to work if you are going to act like every customer is a problem.

Neither sales reps had on masks in this store. Why aren't there safety precautions in place? When my mother asked one of them where her mask was, she just looked at her dumbfounded.

Rude staff

The store on its own is very organized, clean and It’s well located. However, this place is near my house and I have to come here every time I need to buy certain things and ALWAYS there is this girl that refuses to give me her name (she has red colored hair) and she is so unprofessional and impolite! I always try to give people a smile and keeping it cool. However, she always finds a way of making me mad. Since I can’t get to a manager in the store and no one is making anything about it I guess this is the only way of kind of doing this right! I hope this is somewhat helpful! On the other side, the store is awesome, nothing has to do with it.
