3Beware: The Store Manager (Deb) tells her staff not to use customer’s rewards that they have earned. Especially their Professional customers. (That means you guys at the salon next door.) She will be sweet as pie to your face then she sings a totally different tune when you leave. If you shop there at the Oveido location ask them when being cashed out to apply all of your rewards coupons. Otherwise they expire and you spent a lot of money to earn those. Some of you have around $200+ worth of rewards in the system. Stay tuned for more fun facts about this store.
Deb is the most amazing person. Always a pleasure to ask questions and makes it feel so warm and welcoming. Any questions you have she has an answer for. She was so helpful when I was needing nail dip supplies so I could do my nails for an interview I had. I would recommend this location to anyone.
