I have to say, I am less than satisfied with my experience with Team Wonder Woman and Sally Vance. I was very impressed in the beginning, but the communication started to dwindle down to the point that me, the buyer was not aware of some very important facts, and I was not aware of them until I got a closing statement 24 hours before closing. I did a DSCR loan, and while I know these are complicated, I should not have been surprised by an extra 5% down payment at the last minute. No one told me that this was going to be the case, and when I asked I was told "it's been this way the whole time" well, if that is the case, there was plenty of time for me to be notified, but I was not. I was also not notified of an extra 1% in the rate until it was presented to me in the closing packet.

I considered letting this deal fall through because of this, but I scraped together the extra 5% and decided it was still a good purchase to make.

I am still waiting for an answer from her regarding loan disclosures I should have been sent with this information, I asked for her to get back to me ASAP so I feel comfortable signing the closing papers, but its been almost a week and the deed has been recorded and she still has not answered me.

Unfortunately I will not be recommending her or her team to anyone, because no one should get the surprises I did right before closing, with practically no support and no explanation.

Sally Vance helped me to reduce my mortgage interest rate by from 3.75% to 3.125%. In addition to this basic savings her total fees to complete this were about $1,000 below two other mortgage brokers I got rough estimates from. My overall monthly payment went up by $60 but I received over $30,000 back. This allows me to have a higher loan and still maintain the same cost to service the debt.

So that was the savings. The best part was simplicity of the process. I have a few investment accounts which I trade options in. This was a big issue with the initial loan on this house. Additionally, I was in the process of redoing my kitchen $5,000 of cash here and there were leaving the account. There were no issues with my statements and using the program Sally has, I never had to go get updated documents. They automatically updated. This was a time saver and made the loan process as painless as it could be. Sally and her team of Wonder Women are truly white glove service with an excellent hard product.
