Let's face it, you can get a good breakfast and lunch at many places, but the staff, atmosphere and Miss Sally herself ensure that good food is even better with great service and near family atmosphere.

The catfish here is to die for. Great staff. Drive out of your way for it.

We had a great lunch today at Sally's diner! Our waitress was Sheryl, she was friendly, personable, funny and efficient. Our food was hot and tasted great. The food came out pretty fast considering there was a decent amount of people there. Great prices as well. This a small family style diner, many of the folks seem to know each other, it's a nice vibe.

Found this Diner on the way to my Grand son's Doctor. Quiet & Community based. Friendly staff & delicious breakfast. I had the Works omelet. Was delish. Sorry no photos (I was hungry - just ate). Will return

I travel all over the country and am a big fan of breakfast. Highlights here are the corned beef hash, fried eggs cooked to perfection and the super friendly service from our new friend Kiley. She was born and raised in the area and offers terrific advice on the menu if asked. I have my new spot in Caselwood.

The food is good Southern comfort food.
The catfish and eggs is my personal favorite. A very big filet that could easily feed 2 people, tender and perfectly prepared.

Couldn’t wait to write this review. First let me start by saying I’ve had pretty good experiences at this establishment before today. I have been coming here for MANY years and use to be a server myself. I have tipped above and beyond. I have brought colleagues there for lunch and even went there for breakfast with all of my family. Where to start? Let’s start with my order. I placed a pick up order online, paid online. All I had to do is go in and pick it up. The lady greeted me, I told her why I was there and she said ok your food should be right up. Perfect. Sat down and got my food. Got to my car, opened it up. I ordered fries and when I opened it up they were soggy Home fries. I went back in and asked the lady if I could please give these back as they were not what I expected or if I could just get something else cheaper. She looked at me and said no we can’t do any of that. Then she proceeded to say, if you’re picking up for a delivery why are you opening the bag. I said mam, I paid for this online and this is for myself. She said ok in that case then I don’t care what you do with it. I said ok so just to be clear, I cannot get a refund even though I am willing to give you this food? I cannot get something cheaper? She said no dispute this through your bank. We can’t do it because of our system I know you don’t understand but you’ll have to dispute it with your bank. I said ok and walked out. No apology or empathy. She then proceeded to say I’m not trying to be rude or mean but home fries won’t change no matter what restaurant you go too. She was so unbelievably rude and disrespectful. I have never EVER had such a horrible customer service experience as the one I encountered today. I use to love this place. I’m not sure if this lady was the owner or just a server. If you read this or to whom ever reads this, please know that you can relay a message without an attitude and that would go along way. Without the attitude, you probably would have gotten a better rating even if I didn’t like the outcome. The way you spoke to me is unprofessional, disrespectful, lack of customer service, and you aren’t the type of person to be working in the hospitality industry. I do understand that we all have our days but you were clearly just rude and disrespectful. I’ll attach a picture of my very dry French toast and disgusting soggy “home fries”. I truly hope this was not the owner.

My 1st time there, noticed counters were dusty, decor out dated, but still wanted to give it a shot. Waited 7 mins before server approached me. Waitress was friendly, forgot my utensils and creamers for my coffee. My table was sticky, she cleaned it swiftly. But when I got my utensils, they still had food on them. And when breakfast arrived, the plate was very greasy and not inviting. My bacon was cold, couldn't eat it. Ate what I can eat, i just paid, and left quickly still being hungry. Not a good experience. They need to have someone always cleaning while servers are assisting. Never again.

Usually, enjoy this place but not today. Went in for lunch and our server, Chris, was exceptionally slow and seemed preoccupied with getting the customers to complain about the food quality. I heard her ask the guy behind me 3 times was he sure the sandwich was okay? When she though a customer was unhappy, she ran back into the kitchen area and was overheard yelling at the cook. She failed to refill our drinks and had a terrible attitude when I asked for a drink to go. I guess if you want a Jerry Springer like atmosphere go to Sally's and sit in Chris's section! By the way, the customer wasn't complaining about the cook and seemed freaked out when she was asked.

Clean comfortable place. Lots of room to spread out. Very friendly service. Fast and attentive staff.

What a nice find for us! My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our breakfast here and the service was simply amazing and attentive! Excellent little diner with great eats! Kudos to Sally's Diner for offering such a wonderful neighborhood diner.we will return again and again!

So good! Went over the weekend with my son. I got the country omelette which was amazing. The gravy is to die for! My son got the griddle cakes and bacon. The griddle cakes are huge he could only eat half of one. The staff is always warm and welcoming. Can’t beat the prices. This is definitely our favorite breakfast diner!
