I discovered Salon Chenzo during a Google search for Salons near my hotel. As a first-time client, I felt welcomed and at ease. It's always a challenge when I visit a salon for the first time when describing what I want. Brenda’s precision and skill were on point. Her professionalism and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire experience. She styled my hair exactly as I asked. I cant wait to go back on my next trip to Florida.

Francesco is the king of keratin an artist in cut and color. I have been doing keratin for 25 years and he is the best! I also got the best cut and color and I come from New York City where we have the best stylist Francesco second to none

Francesco Carta is the best hair stylist I have ever met. He listens and delivered the perfect color and cut. I’ve been to many stylists and I have never been more satisfied with my hair in my entire life. He knew exactly what I wanted and performed it amazingly.

Alla is my go to person for 30 years for a manicure and pedicure. And the receptionist staff at Chenzo's are always friendly and helpful and greet me by name.

Francesco is the best stylist I have ever come across. If you are looking for a keratin treatment he is the person to go. Chenzo salon is lucky to have such an excellent artist on staff. Never found anyone to do such work. Love my new hair

Alla gives an excellent manicure! I highly recommend her, my polish lasts for days; she is very detail oriented. I love the salon, it is a real hair salon, a lot of stylists, of all ages. Very refreshing.

I was visiting family during the holidays and went on Google search for a hair salon in Boca Raton, and came across Salon Chenzo. I called to make an appointment for a wash and blowdry, I asked how much they charged and was told $45 and was told that Francesco would be doing my hair. The day of my appointment Francesco takes me to his station and starts to ask me what color highlights I want, and I said "but I'm not here for highlights, only for a wash and blowdry", and he proceeds to try and convince me that the highlights would compliment my hair color, etc etc, but I told him thank you but I'm not here for that. So then he accompanies me to the lady to shampoo my hair, and then went back to his station.
Once again he starts making remarks about my hair color, that it has shades of green and hat he has some really nice color products from Italy and so on. Again, I told him that I wasn't interested.
So he proceeds to drying my hair, within 10 minutes he was done! I have thick hair and shoulder length, and my usual hairdresser takes her at least half an hour to blowdry and style my hair.
I get up and go to the front to pay, although I wasn't very happy, and the lady tells me that it's $50! So I told her that I was told $45 when I made the appointment, so she hesitated, and then said "ok you can pay $45"! This entire ordeal was so weird.
The next day I called there and spoke to the salon manager and explained how dissatisfied I was with the services and the way this guy was trying to sell me other services which I didn't ask for, and that I wanted my money back. She apologized and told me that she had to speak with the owner, I believe his name was Marcello if remember correctly, and that she would get back to me.
The next day, towards the end of the day, she calls me only to tell me that they couldn't reimburse me and that I can go back and get my hair done again. But I told her that I wasn't happy with the service and that I requested my money back. She wouldn't do that.
Totally dissatisfied with the service and will never go back there ever again.

I cannot recommend Francesco enough! Not only is he incredibly talented, but he’s also very thoughtful with everything he does as his biggest priority are his clients happiness. My hair was quite literally dead and he somehow brought it back to life! I felt so taken care of the entire time, and can’t wait for my next appointment. I am a client for life, thank you Francesco! Went to chenzo hair salon for the first time to get a blow dry and had the most amazing hair dresser Francesco. He took his time and made my hair look amazing. Will def get see him for other services.

Francesco Carta is smart and careful with your hair I've been to many good ones but this one is the best one I've been to honestly.

Francesco is amazing…. He did gorgeous highlights cut and keratin…. My hair has never looked and felt better…so worth it!
