Just had the most delightful experience. Mary cut my hair. My first time there and seeing she had long hair I assumed she probably would not do well with my short hair. WRONG. She asked all the right questions and really listened to me. I got a perfect cut. And bonus: When I get a haircut I like to just enjoy the process, not have to chat constantly. After a couple of attempt to engage me, she took the hint and let me enjoy in silence.
