Salt and Sand Vacation Cottages, Indian Rocks Beach FL

Sandy Toes Cottage was the perfect place for our get-away. Clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. We enjoyed having morning coffee out back on the patio and enjoyed, even more, reading in the hammock. Barbra, our host, was friendly and most accommodating. TV wasn't working properly and within 2 days, we had a new television. Not that we watched it much. Too busy exploring beaches and good restaurants in the area. We would definitely visit again.

My daughter and I just stayed at Sandy Feet Cottage and LOVED it! It had a very cozy vibe and felt like a home away from home. We had everything we needed and loved the location! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Working with Barbara was also fantastic as she was hospitable and easy to communicate with. We felt SO welcomed! We are already looking forward to booking again!

This house was perfect for our family of 6. The backyard kept the kids occupied when we weren’t out doing activities. The house was stocked with everything we needed for our stay and the beach. Very close to the beach and a quick drive to Clearwater. We would definitely stay here again.

3 yrs ago we found this gem. Since we come every 4th of July. Barbra is the best host! She has everything you need or didn't know you needed. The home is so clean and very well kept. The kitchen is stocked with everything to enjoy meals. Which we love cooking out on the grill after a day at the beach. Swinging in the hammocks and just relaxing. The beds are comfortable & we always sleep well. Everything is as pictured in the listing. The neighborhood is very quiet. Very easy to get around. There are some great places to eat at. We always get a pizza from Slyce. The beach is located in between two parks. So most people are away from you down the beach. The beach access is more homes and locals. Less crowded for the 4th of July week! Barbra is very accessible if you need anything. We actually were here during a hurricane last year & she was in constant contact. Living in Florida we are pros with storms. But very nice that she takes great care of her guest. This house is always booked so if you find an opening, take it! You will not be disappointed.

We stayed here for a family beach weekend during parent's weekend for U of Tampa. This was a perfect choice! The property was wonderful. Everything was clean, in great condition and so comfortable. Easy walk to the beach and equipped with EVERYTHING to make beach time enjoyable. No need to bring anything but sunscreen. Barbra had beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards, skim boards, bicycles.you name it, it was there. Fully stocked with games, backyard games and hammocks too. (The tiki toss was a family favorite.) Thanks for the easy stay and wonderful communication-can't wait to find a date when we can come back!

I cannot say enough good things about this property, our trip, or the amazing host- Barbra! We feel super spoiled buy the accommodations, attention to detail, and all of the included items for use! Do not hesitate to book here, you won’t regret it!
2 minute walk to the beach and excellent communication with the host! We can’t wait to go back:)

My family enjoyed our stay here. The owner was very accommodating and so nice. The beach is just a short walk from the house. I would definitely stay here again.
