Serious Disappointment from a wellness facility. I purchased a 3 pack for $120 for their Main Room in January of last year. I cancelled my first appointment because of auto-immune issues. My health deteriorated from there…chronic fatigue, chronic cough that worsens during allergy season/red tide, and I had shingles (which is contagious so was advised not to go out in public). Last month, when I was finally well enough to schedule, my pack had expired (Jan 2023). I went to the facility to see if they might make an exception in my case…even if only for partial use. The women at the front desk took my information in order to check with the owner. Two weeks later I still had not heard back. When I followed up, I was told the owner could not honor it. I find it shocking that a supposed wellness facility that seemed welcoming and genuine wouldn’t make an exception when a customers health issues impact the use of a purchase. The owner has nothing to lose by allowing me to use the pack as the sessions were already paid for. Instead, I lose $120 and she gets free money. That doesn’t seem very genuine to me. Would they rather I come sick to a room full of people just so I can use it? !?

Response to owner…not sure who’s account you’re looking at but I did not buy a package and get a full refund for it in 2021. I did however purchase a package in Nov that I used up with my friend. Not sure if you’re just trying to save face but whatever.

I spoke with Dianna about swelling in my right knee that developed without an injury. She recommended the vibro accoustic lounger. I tried it and found it extremely relaxing. Five days later I am rubbing my knee and noticed the swelling was gone. Amazing results in just 2 visits! Highly recommended treatment! Thanks Dianna!

Super cool concept, cool space. Arrive a few minutes early before your appt time and out your feet on a salt lamp. I booked time in the salt room. I don’t think I would do that again because it didn’t provide direct contact with the salt (aside from me putting my feet in the salt crystals). Next time I will book a heated salt bed so I can lay directly on the heated salt. I think that is a better fit for me.

The owner was very nice and answered all my questions. I believe in the holistic approach to wellbeing and living a healthy whole life and that’s what this place is all about.

I have visited a few times just to enjoy the salt room mediation, but most recently I attended for the monthly soundbath and that was a great experience! I will definitely attend that again. The room just exudes calm, peaceful energy. I’d be curious to try some of their other services, too.

I was uncomfortable with the energy I felt right when I walked in. It was concerning as I wasn’t sure what was causing it. After my Chakra treatment & salt cave I almost asked the owner if she is ill. When I saw the political flyer on the front desk I was shocked. Such a beautiful “Spa” you definitely need to clear that energy out

I get terrible headaches which last for ages and nothing relieves them. This is the second time I have booked the salt bed with light therapy it has worked both times! Very relaxing and soothing environment, highly recommended!

I did an unlimited monthly pass of the salt bed combination with the light treatments for the month of January as I relocated from up north and have a rare auto-immune that is triggered by cold weather and stress. I cannot speak highly enough about this business and the wellness modalities they provide to their clients. Dianna, the owner, is a wealth of knowledge around salt therapy and invites additional holistic healing events at the salt room. All rooms are clean and decoratively calming/peaceful. I have found a little piece of meditative heaven in south sarasota, a place to come to for my wellness and a break from stressors. They offer various salt lamps, incense, wellness tinctures/oils from high end distributors, and crystal jewelry. The ambiance is welcoming/inviting and I have found myself striking conversations with other clients as we waited for an event (my favorite offered event is once a month with with a highly qualified vocalist who utilizes her voice along with frequency crystal bowls to attune chakras/energy). The main large salt room is an actual salt room (all walls, the ceiling, the floor is composed of thick almost never ending large blocks of healing salt). If you have not yet stopped in, make it there soon and you will most likely find yourself returning.

Time goes by and I'm 81 with many aches and pains. Light therapy at Salt of the Earth works wonders. Can't say enough good things about the service, the efficiency and best of all.results as promised.
