I had some health problems in 2020 no one found the problem for a long time until Dr Atllan told me that I had chronos disease in an advanced state, I had to have surgery.
Dr Atallan did the surgery thank God it was a success, Dr Atallan and his team are wonderful. Today I enjoy good health.

09/26/2022 I will never forget that date when Dr. Atallah spoke to my mother about the risk of surgery, after 6 hours of surgery God, Dr. Atallah and his team did a miracle with my mother's cancer in the colorectal area, we are very grateful to the entire Atallah team, God bless your hands to each and every one. Our thanks also to Dra Bianchi for being a kind and incredible person with us. Patient: Noelia Ampueda her son: Luis Perez

From the first visit with Dr. Atallah I knew I was in the hands of a caring and excellent surgeon. He was kind, willing to explain my situation and I trusted his ability. He has a wonderful staff. I bless him everyday.

Dr. Atallah has done surgery for 3 family members in the last 3 years. We are from a small town 2 hours away from Orlando where my husband was told by any doctors that you don't want that type of surgery. I researched him and had confidence due to his references and background and we are not disappointed in his expertise! He is a Class A surgeon with blessed hands and has excellent/professional staff also. And we had great care at OVIEDO MEDICAL Center and Advent Hospital in Winter park.

*edit* It’s now been 10 days since my procedure and I’m updating this review and adding stars because dr Atallah’s office has made every effort to take care of me and get me what I needed once my issues were finally brought to their attention. As upset as I was about the anesthesia and then falling through the cracks over the weekend, I understand those were mistakes and appreciate them making things right. My wound is healing nicely and although I had some bad experiences, I feel like doctor Atallah did an excellent job of fixing me and i would still recommend him. I left the original review because, well, it all happened. I don’t think mine was an average experience, but it was still what I experienced.

*original*
Let me start by saying the anesthesiologist should be fired! It was supposed to be general anesthesia but I wasn’t completely under, just enough that I was delirious and couldn’t move or speak to get anyone’s attention. I was stuck there staring at the ceiling tiles while the procedure was performed and I could feel a burning pain that I later realized was from the cauterizing scalpel. It was like one of those “I was awake for surgery” horror stories you see on TV. But it doesn’t end there.
I was sent home with only a day and a half worth of pain meds and told you call the office if I need more. I started calling the number I was given at 9: 30 this morning and no one answered, the answering machine went to a web-based text message system that claimed to get faster responses but no one ever responded. Finally I called the surgical center and got transferred to Dr Atallah’s office that way, I was transferred to a PA who took a message and said Dr Atallah would be calling me back, that was 4 hours ago. I’ve now spent 7 hours in pain trying to get ahold of the doctor, the pharmacy closes in two hours so it doesn’t look like I’m sleeping tonight.

Dr. Atallah has been an amazing doctor.
THE BEST! My first encounter with him was 9 years ago when I had intestinal problems during chemo treatments for Non Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. He was so compassionate and ensured me that together we would get through my last two rounds of chemo. We did and I was forever grateful.
Fast forward 9 years and I was diagnosed with colon cancer. The only doctor I wanted to help me was Dr. Atallah. He was again so compassionate, listened to my concerns and basically, held my hand throughout the entire surgical process. He came to the hospital everyday to check on me and ensure that I was doing well, even during the COVID-19 Pandemic!
When I was asked by the medical personnel at the hospital who my doctor was, I would say,
“Dr. Sam Atallah” and they would always come back with, “ He’s the best! ”
He IS simply - THE BEST!
Thank you so much, Dr Atallah!
We’ll get through this next chemo treatment, too.
Once again, I am grateful for you!

Dr. Sam is one of the best cancer surgeon in the central Florida region. He is very patient with his patients, answers all the questions without holding any information and dedicated to his work.

I'm truly lucky to get under his treatment and even after post-op he answers any/all questions that I have. Thanks for everything you do on a regular basis Dr. Sam.

I have hemorrhoid surgery. I read and believe dr Atallah is a good doctor. I know him as in and out real quick to see patient. Waiting time is at least one hour. His office staff are horrible, all are robots, careless, after surgery I cannot talk to nobody only robots answering machine.everything are on paper “NO TALK” just read and sign. But that instruction is for general not apply to my surgery, I had to asked then she crossed them out, saying not apply to you. ️
After surgery, I went home had complicated. I admitted to ER, and follow up with my dr in 24 hr, next day I called to office. His nurse Janet told me he had no opening till next 7days. And she will call me back. I waited and left many messages that I need to go in. Only voice message No call back. I admitted to ER again. The 3rd time I admitted to ER, don’t bother to call his robots.
Now I need to fill out FML for my work, the lady in his HR name Meera filled out the date was not clear, the number written very confusing 24 look Like 21 my company want her to resend to confirm. Here go again, I called, transfer, left message to robot, called again, sent email directly to Meera. No answer.
I believe that we have many good doctors out there as well. Not as careless as dr Atallah office. And he/she will organize his office and training his staff better so you can rest releases after hard time you just went through
