I have been with two different State Farm agents and Sam’s office has by far been the best. Sam and Emory Hunter have helped me every step of the way with my policy. I have had some minor issues with my policy in the past but they were all resolved quickly. I am very satisfied with my insurance and recommend it to everyone.

Ali pagiano was an excellent agent. She made me feel comfortable and took time to explain the insurance terminology to me. She tailored my car insurance to my current needs. Not to mention her speedy responses, so the process was complete within a day.

My policies change without notice, and when I ask why, there is always an excuse, but never a legitimate answer. I have asked for the device that plugs into your car for a safe driving discount at least 5 - 6 times, and they always say, they will get them out to me, and they have never arrived. I was with State Farms Jim Chitty for 20+ years and never had a complaint or concern. In the last year alone, with Sam Maimone I have yet to have anything close to the experience I had with Mr. Jim Chitty.

They were unable to give a reason that they could not give me a quote. Wasted 20 min online and 20 min on the phone.
