They are amazing. I am a very clean person and even they put me to shame lol. I walked in after a long day of work and my house sparkled. It was so nice yo not have yo worry that I would be spending my weekend off clean my house. So glad I made this decision and now can actually enjoy my weekends off. I also would like to add I am working on my doctorate degree and am 29 weeks pregnant and things were getting quite overwhelming, so I did this for myself and my sanity.

We were referred to Sammy Cleaning Services by our friend. Kelly showed up the same day to evaluate our house and then showed up promptly the next day to clean! Kelly and Ariana scrubbed our house to sparkly perfection and it has been clean all week! It is so nice to be in such a clean environment. They are the most friendly and professional people and I am so excited to use them again!

Sammy Cleaning team was so professional, they exceeded my expectations. I just bought a new house in WPB and needed a deep clean because the new paint and repairs, they did an excellent job, Kelly and her team are so nice, respectfull, they work ethically and took the time they said. I even asked for some extra stuff and they helped with a big smile!

They did a Great job! I requested a deep cleaning and they did it with full detail, the team who came were very friendly and they arrived on time!

I don't recommend it! I met with one of the owners Kelly, whom I am friendly with in the house that I needed her to clean. She quoted me $25 per hour one or two girls will be same price, I told her the importance of this job, because it was for my husband father figure, so her exact words were "I will send my best girl and I will come the first time so it is all done well". We also agreed 1 room and bath, no more than 4 hours on Wednesday at 12: 30. Then every Wednesday after going forward.

Tuesday 0ne day before, I got a call that if it was ok to go again
because she wanted to show the other girl the job to do the next day, The plan we originally talked about when out the window

One girl showed up not two. She arrived 12: 55 not 12: 30
4 hours later I received a call that the job was not done, not even close to be done. I went to his house and asked the girl how much longer? She said 3 more hours, and not to worry that she can stay longer, at $25/hr.she would have stayed a lot longer. So why did I take the time to meet Kelly and go over this multiple times?
She didn't stick to the plan, so I just told the girl to please finish in the next hour. I know it is not her fault she just does what she is told.
The job was not good, the wood was cleaned with the wrong rag, the bathroom was not clean, less dusty sure, but not a good clean especially at $25/hr.
I let a couple of days go by to see if Kelly would call, but she did not.
I called her on Sunday and I let her know my disappointment and how nothing went the way it was supposed to go. I asked why only one girl and her response " that job only needed one girl". So why after 4 hours was she not done cleaning 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. She got nasty and full of excuses and just plain rude, she told me I should have done the job my self and hung up on me. Thinking about it now I should have done it myself.
Later on that morning I get a call from the owner of the house, and he tells me some guy called him to make sure all was good and if he wanted to re schedule for next week? This older man would have been happy with any job, which is why he wanted me to help him find the right company. I used to clean houses for a living, and if this is how a company does business then maybe I should start again. Unprofessional all the way and a lousy cleaning job as well.

Kelly you are still missing the point, I am the client, I am the one that hired you. I am the one who reached out to you, I am the one who met you at his place to give you all the info, the owner of the house stayed outside the whole time. I am the one who you talked to for the whole process, and I am the one who was going to be checking on this job, and you knew this, because we discussed all that, and I am not happy.
I did hesitate to write this review, I did not want to and that was one reason I made the phone call on Sunday. I have never written a bad review
but you earned this. You did not stick to the original plan that you and I discussed, I still don't get how you can quote a place, go see it twice and still manage to get that wrong, It was just a small bedroom and bath.but lets say you did need more time, why not call me and tell me that. Why just keep going, that is not right!
If the owner was happy with the job, he would have kept the Wednesdays open for your services. Also you did not offer a free cleaning to him, he would not accept it anyway. Why offer a free cleaning if the job you did was a good one?
My whole point is for whoever needs to read this I don't recommend it,
the whole experience sucked, and just read the way this matter was handled.
