Samra has been very kind, polite and communicative throughout the whole process. She would get back to me right fast whenever I sent out a communique to her. Samra is very attentive and has the patiences to listen to any of my concerns, comments, and questions. If there are any items that she may not know off the top of her head, she takes a moment and then later comes back with an answer. I think this is my favorite part about the partnership because there were even concerns that I had voiced and forgotten about. But not Samra, she came back ready to tackle whatever was at hand. This meant alot to me as I was a first-time home seller. It gave me a lot of confidence in her commitment to looking out for my best interests. I asked a lot of questions from how to start, to what are these papers, what this section means, what's the next step. She knew how to prepare things ahead of time and asked me to provide the relevant information so we had solid ground to stand on. Samra demonstrates a mastery of concept and practice of real estate.

I even had a quirk about putting ink to paper. In this day and age where everything is digital, it definitely sticks out and is something to accommodate for. This was of little concern in terms of accepting it. Samra made sure to keep this in mind when communicating with the other side letting them know about the time needed to accomplish this. I know everything is about timing but it felt like someone was standing-up for me. I really appreciated that as well.

Overall, Samra is a phenomenal realtor. She got me above my asking price. Beared with/ guided me throughout this whole first-experience. It was a joy to work with someone so thoughtful and considerate, honest and forthright, and who brought so much positive energy to the team.

P. S. My property to be sold was about 2-2.5 hours away and she managed all of that expectionally well.
