I have been a customer for over 30 years. Yesterday my car was serviced and I was charged $30 to put air in my tires which was a fee charge under old owners. I called and asked to have charge credited and was told no. I posted a review under their website and it was removed.

Was a very pleasant experience for some work done on my son's car.
Felix was very informative and always called back right away. Will definitely use again and recommend.

The best service in town. Larry is always very accommodating and knowledgeable. Always explains in detail what is potentially needed and what was done as a result.

They handled the wheel swap on my 72 VW Beetle with care and no issues, enjoyed the chat with the service guy while the techs took care of our baby.

I was referred to Sams by a friend and I am very grateful I took my car for AC issues and they inspected everything which they did not have to do ; I not only have Cold AC now but can rest easily knowing other things were taken care of. The dealership became apathetic to say the least but I did not know where else to go because my car is no longer made. Thank you to Sam’s Automotive! Oh and thanks for the Car Wash which they did not have to do.

Arrived at Sam’s around noon to get some estimates. Very helpful very polite. Very informative. Filled out some basic information. Email contact received a PDF via email first thing in the morning with a complete detailed estimate of the multiple tasks. Authorized work ordered parts received the phone call around noon. Job was complete all tasks perform professionally very happy with the job and would recommend to any friends or family, and will return with my own needs in the future thanks again you guys at Sam’s

Best shop around! They are trust worthy and get it done quick. I drive 45min to take my car here every time and would not go anywhere else.

Highly recommended place for car repairs. Their charges were reasonable. They rectified the fault done by "Jiffy lube" who did not securely tighten my engine oil filter after I changed my oil at Jiffy lube. The staff is very courteous especially Larry and also Felix who happens to be a partner in the company. Overall it's an excellent place.

Called first thing in the morning after another shop couldn't do the job that day. These guys got in parts right away and had a hours long job completed well before closing on the same day. It wasn't cheap but it was labor intensive so I'd say it was a fair price.
I'll be using them again for any serious engine work.

They do an amazing job here and the prices are very reasonable. They are honest, friendly and they do a great job!
I been here a few times and never had a problem. I usually drop off my car and pick it up when is ready.

I had my car towed from another automotive shop to Sam’s because I felt more confident with Larry’s recommendations and quote for repairs. He was transparent and clear in what needed to be done. He exhibited excellent customer service. I really appreciate what Larry did to help me keep my car on the road. I feel he did not over charge me in cost of parts and labor. He kept me in the loop every step of the way. I would definitely go back to Sam’s automotive for repairs in the future.

Had a great experience at Sam's Automotive. They are very professional and knowledgeable. Larry explained everything to me in detail. They did a great job with my car breaks for a fair price.

As a Tire Rack approved installer, I knew that I could trust Sam's to replace my old tires with my new ones without any issue. The staff is very personable, they are willing to go the extra mile to help. You can drop your car off there after hours via their key drop service. They are quick and efficient in their service and they contact you as soon as it's done. I couldn't ask for anything better.

Very quick, professional and a fair price. I totally recommend Sam's. Infact I just dropped off my other car today for electrical and starting repairs.

For getting me in an addressing my tire issues expeditiously. Not to leave out how honest and upfront you were. Especially since I was told this brand new tire wasn’t fixable. They saw a woman and thought they would be able to pull a fast one over her when I knew otherwise. I will highly recommend your services onto others.
