Sam's Club, Lakeland FL

I was used to be a a Costco fan but after moving I changed to Sam's. I love the quality of the produce, the tire deals, etc. I am a happy customer

The meat area had beautiful meat selections.
Bought awsome stuffed pork chops and bacon wrapped pork tenderloins.

The customer service is decent and they always have a good variety of sushi earlier in the day. They are kind and friendly and helpful in this store.

Backup at checkout and departing store. So much for social distancing at checkout everyone funneled into lanes

Store was clean but some pricing was missing. At checkout chip reader was having difficulty with my wife's American express card so I put my card in to complete the transaction. When we arrived home there was a message on my phone that said both transactions were completed for the same amount 1 minute apart. Need to call store now.

Pick-up service @ Sam's Club is excellent. Ryan, the manager of the pick-up dept has done an outstanding job. Very impressive!

Horrible experience called more than 6 times only to be left on hold each time for about 10min each time I was also hung up on 3 times. The last time I called and asked for a manager and I was hung up on! TERRIBLE customer service. I’m cancelling my membership and sticking with Costco.

Store is great, hope to god you never have to use the automotive department for anything, no one cares even the slightest to help you and will walk right past you and never ask to help even if you are right at the desk.

A good variety a different things. Alway clean (except for the bathroom) and friendly associates. One in particular who help me and went out of her way name Sandra. She was excellent.

Sam's Club is a great place to shop for buisness and home. Some things could be better like most places. The last 3 trips 4 different buggies each time didn't roll right, hard to push pulls hard to the right etcetera etcetera. The jeans are so messed up and disorganized I've just decided to never look through them again. I'm sure some "if not most" is from customers flipping through them. Looking for your size should be easier. But still I can't help but give 4 stars.

Have had a business membership for close to 20 years and have always gone in at 7: 00 a.m.

Today I go to my store and am denied entry. Seems I have to upgrade at a $55 premium on top of my already paid yearly fee to get a "plus" membership.

No warning, no chance to upgrade beforehand.

Goodbye forever, Sams! Cancel my membership and I'll go elsewhere!

It is what it is. Lots of people trying to buy discounted food. Its great to buy a 9 pound container of tuna for $6 bucks lololll

This Sams never has anything that you need and not sure why if you want to get your shopping done the north lakeland store is alwsys better stocked with a much better variety or the Brandon store!

Absolutely the worst customer service provided by the employees at the fast food area. And that area is always dirty. Complained to management but now understand the problem starts with management and goes down from there. HORRIBLE STORE

Used to love this place. Not enough checkers and shelves not stocked. What is going on. 4/6/19 at 10: 45 AM. Rethinking my member ship.

Sam's Club is always a great place to shop, sit enjoy a bite to eat, and capture smiling faces! Love it

So I have now added in club pick up alongside the scan and go experience, and they are both fabulous! Scan and go is still the best feature if for no other reason than you get a running totam while you are pulling things into your cart. So much easier to stick to a budget for the trip! I highly recommend!

Always here buying something. Have a membership and get credit for all the money I spend in here, so my membership comes out to about $40. Very Nice!

I have been a loyal customer for many years. I moved to Lakeland 2.5 years ago and was very excited to have a Sam’s Club very close to my home. The cleanliness of the store and the quality of the produce was fantastic. However, about a year ago, and continuing through now, I have noticed that the quality control has taken a serious downward turn. The produce is moldy, old, squashed, or rotten. The chips are usually smashed into nothing more than tiny pieces. Cans of food are often dented – even within a case of cans. The employees are no longer present on the floor (except for the ever-present and irritating DirecTV salesperson). Items do not ring up the proper price at the registers – most of which have been taken out and replaced with self checkouts. I am incredibly disappointed with this store and the quality of the products being offered.
