Sam's Club, Kissimmee FL

I just want to say how very nice all the staff were. I resigned up for Sam's and the line moved slowly, but the the customer service was great! I also tried to checked out using the Sam's app but there was an error and they opened a station and checked me out immediately. They knew that I wanted to leave quickly that's the reason for using the Scan an go app. Also I want to give a shout out to Lake Mary Sam's too.customer service.

Ashley was a great help in getting our membership. She was very professional and get knowledgeable!

Gee, if I want to stock my own cart I would've went to the self check out. I took all my groceries off the top so she can scan the bottom and put my top groceries back but NO! She took everything out my cart & I had to put everything back myself. I'll just go back to self check out

I love Sam's Club in general, despite of the fact of them jacking up the prices when the pandemic first started, about 20% or more in ONE day. I understand that all businesses increase prices from time to time, they have to, but 20%+ in one day?
When toilet paper became an issue, the good paper dissapeared and all we could buy was low quality toilet paper at the prices of the good quality paper, paper that broke with the slightest pull and did not last at all. I wonder how many more items they abused us with. Perhaps is our own fault as consumers on not complaining in mass to them and to authorities, that way we would keep them honest. I am guilty as charged I confess.

Overall it was pretty good. Sam's club it's a great place if you are looking to buy things on bulk. You end up saving a lot.

The only thing I don't like is that the parking lot is always dirty, there is trash all over the place. Customer service is good and the food is always fresh

The staff was amazing. I went there because I ordered two laptops for my kids. I got there, they were pretty busy, a little behind because they had so many orders, but it didn't stopped them from helping me, they really stepped up among other clubs. The manager Glory Ruiz Alvarez was amazing, very kind and helpful, also another associate Waikylia, she was very helpful as well. The Sam's club I go, (Lakeland South) should learn from them. Their employees should be retrained by them, because they are rude and very disrespectful some times. Excellent job. I do recommend this club.

Great store. Associates were helpful and reliable. This store doesn't offer that Latin products, but I still give it an A+

Placed an order for pickup and arrived to pickup at the end of the window and it was not ready. Spoke to the manager who told me they are always understaffed. I had to cancel my order and leave as it would not be ready that day despite having a pickup window.

Very crowed BUT the scan & go app worked flawlessly. Walked right past the very long lines!

The way they clean the store was the way it is, everybody was wearing mask, customer service was excellent, I speak second lenguage, Spanish, was plenty of help, all the items or more I found my price and quality products. Thank you!
