Sam's Club, Pensacola FL

Had a pick up order between 1: 00-2: 00. I didn't get it until 4: 15. The only reason I got it then is because I went inside and complained that I have been sitting in my truck for 3 hours.

I love Sam's club! It has their own gas station at cheaper prices than most others around the area. They have a handicapped entrance. They will bring your order out to you if you order online. When into look at computers. Had some on sale but not much of a selection. Picked up some bounty towels and some jeans for the grandbaby and also some produce. Such a great place to shop!

It was wonderful. Could not have asked for a better experience fully stocked friendly staffed and clean store. Thank you so very much we'll be back soon

It was great there was not elic carts for me to use and didn get all the I would have liketo get more may be next time I'll be lucky

Employees were helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Just try to leave things where we can remember and find them.

All the employees that I saw was very nice and helpful especially the ones in the Tire Department also other employees that I saw said that they have been with Sam's Club for 15 years that is very nice that they have been there that long

The meat was super bad and when I came to return the meat, there was a 30 Min line to return the meat. A lost a long time and the people I invited to my house had to wait long time to eat. Also the supervisor That his name is Diego only give me $7 on discount on my next purchase.their quality products.

Has a lot that we get, but there was some stuff out of stock. Love the samples though, great place to get everything you need.

Cashier and the food stand employees kept calling me Sir even though I'm a woman and asked them to freaking stop. Also i guess the conversation they heard me having on the phone was funny too.

I like the Sam’s club but you do have watch the prices. Some items do sell very quickly so if you want it don’t wait! One thing I really like is their hot dogs and soft ice cream. The prices are great!

Have a tire warranty from another Sams who put on my tires by appointment. Unfortunately have a tire problem had to buy a replacement but they don’t make appointments to install tires which is first come first serve. So expect to wait hours I was told the tire center is extremely slow and very busy. They need to hire workers and take appointments because they are not in any hurry. So disappointed. The club has the roof leaking all over buckets in isles is ridiculous and one register open. There are so many customers they really need to build another club in the area. Best thing is scan and go if it works as it should.

Although the staff has always been extremely helpful with anything and everything, this Sam’s location has the DIRTIEST bathrooms I have ever had to use at a Sam’s. Hopefully management starts to care what their facility looks like soon!

Shopping experience was great. Easily found what I came for and walked right up to self serve checkout. Then I made mistake of trying to go through the cafe. What a goat rope. I didn't know customers now have to order at a distant cash register away from the counter and the present the receipt to the cafe staff. I walked out. No signage explaining this new process. So aggravating!

Once again already out of chlorine tabs. Come on this is Florida where many people have pools. Can't even get in online.
