Sam's club is my go to place for water and bulk food items. I've also purchased many other items at Sam's club ranging from batteries, vitamins, clothes, fireworks, smart TVs, laptops, seasonal items, and a whole host of other needs. The savings by purchasing at Sam's club is definitely worth the annual fee each year.
I would love to give 5 stars because the store was very clean, and well stocked. I was able to find everything with no issues. I couldn't give it a five stars because while I was ringing up my purchase in self checkout. One of the employees stood there and watched me ring up every item like I was going to skip a item. It was very, very irritating, rude and unnecessary. Other than that all the other employees were friendly for the most part.
Love this Sam’s Club! Ordered for pick up and my order was out in less than 5 minutes and the employees were super friendly.
Sad they wont let you in the door at 9: 55.12 people waited outside in the heat because we weren't preferred members. Like we are going to shop and buy our goods in 5 min. Be real, thats just ridiculous.
You best option is to get the Sams app.and use scan and go. The lines today were extremely long.
Great. After going to a different Sam's and a different county, this one was wonderful. Not too crowded, clean, staff was very nice.
Good experience overall. Some items not in stock (expected), doing some renovations so some things we had to look for as they moved entire sections. Best part though is the Scan & Go app. Scan items as you put them in your cart so no waiting in those long checkout lines
Quick, easy, and good prices. I love purchasing everything with the app while I'll in the store so that I don't have to use the checkout

Purchased a couch today and two young men Sonny and Anthony were extremely helpful and friendly. Both not only waited for my husband to move around stuff in the bed of truck they jumped up and helped us load it in. Very impressed with their customer service!
Like any other Sam's Club, it is a hit or miss each time I go in there. Good for health products and other things needed in bulk. Almost bought moldy donuts from the bakery section. Made me not want to get food from the bakery there.ever again.
Please do a sweep and get rid of the employees with nasty attitudes. Working in the cafe is not hard enough to act like they do when you order. She looked like I ruined her day ordering food. The girl who gave us our food was nice. The girl taking our order was a miserable mess. At least stick her somewhere where she doesn't have to deal with customers.or put her on maternity leave. Seriously.
The hours sucks for regular members because they want everyone to upgrade to the member plus! Which grocery store open late at 10am? My next move is to downgrade my membership to member negative by canceling membership with this lazy company! You can find a lot of items on Amazon for a lot cheaper!
Justin Hatfield is amazing. I went in with a prescription from an outside doctor. Justin went above and beyond to help me understand the insurance side and explained the different coatings and options when ordering my glasses. He did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need and helped me figure out the best deal. He helped me get such a good deal that I ended up ordering prescription sunglasses also. If you go to the vision center, definitely see Justin.
It's a clean store what a nice setup. So far everything that I have come for has been there. Hopefully it stays clean and nice.
Sold me a lg tv that was the wrong model then called the store. The manager Vauhn at the store told me I can return it for another tv so i brought it back. I bring it back they have no other 4k lg tvs in that model so could not exchange had to return it. Now i have to wait a week for my card to be created. Waste of time poor management not even a sorry for your time wasted.
We love Sam's. Check out is great with the scan and go app, but they need help on the registers. Also, the cheeseburger at the cafe tasted a few hours old hard buns and slimy cheese.

First of all, I got a membership on Groupon for $20, with a $10 e gift card, which makes this a $10 membership for the year! The store is clean and deals are great.
