Horrible service in the delivery department. Called several times and no resolution was done. Please do not waste your money or time. They never shipped my products and took 4 attempts for them to return me my money. Again no excuses or apologies. Do not waste your money or time. Will twke this as well to the bureau of business. Awful service no one was hold accountable

Nobody picks up the phone in tires, finally after being hung up on by the system I called customer service and they actually picked up after several rings. Then they transfer me to tires and the same situation happened again, nobody picks up and they hung up on me.

Just stopped here for the gas. It was 44cents cheaper than the normal cheap corner store. I dont have a membership but my brother does, so he met me there. There was a fairly long line for gas but the worker was doing a fairly good job of directing traffic. The hoses on the pumps are extra long, so even though my gas cap is on the drivers side of my van, the attendant had me pull up to the gas pumps from the passenger side, and the nozzle reached no problem. If your gonna get gas here you better prepare to spend a little time in line. The only thing I'm not a fan of was traffic entering from two sides. I think it should have only one entrance and exit to the gas area. All in all I had a good experience and I got some cheap gas. I have to fill up my work van at least twice a week. I am probably going to invest in a membership just for the gas prices.

Someone needs to come up with a good plan to service customers at the gas pump. 2021 W Brandon location is a disaster. The architecture is obviously the biggest issue. A simple solution would be to open up the entire parking lot BUT I'm sure simple isn't so simple when local property owners have already designed the lot. However, the powers that be at this particular location decided to block entrance in a effort to channel traffic. Unfortunately it isn't consistent and it's difficult if it can't be communicated to a driver at first approach. Customers will make a lane and that becomes THE lane. Blocking entrances and closing pumps so anyone with a gas inlet on the driver's side isn't practical. In my work it's loss revenue. Either by the impatient customer who chooses not to figure out what line goes through or the customer (Like Me) who would rather start a account with Costco. They have a simple solution to service gas Customers. One Way in. One Way Out. Genius!

We had lunch at the cafe and an older man fell off the seat and if it wasn't for my son and another young man he would of just been in the floor! Not one person from the store came and helped

Only went to the fuel center, total confusion on cars arriving for fuel. No direction or assistance and it was extremely crowded.

Fat Lady Megan Warren is extremely rude, and is always on her phone. She doesn't like to help and rolls her eyes when you need something from her.

Tire center is the absolute worst. Special ordered my tires and it took 4 hours to get them put on. Got a nail and they couldn’t fix it because it was on the inner edge of the outer tread. Talked to Walmart and they said they could have fixed it but if I did it would void the warranty with Sams so I had them order a new tire to be prorated. Took an hour and a half just to get the spare put on. Came back at 3: 30 another day after I got off work and it would be 2-2.5 hours to get it changed and put on. Tried another day, same thing. Came back on the weekend and they’re doing the parking lot (idk who’s brilliant idea that was) so now they’re also down two bays which makes everything take even longer if you could figure out how to get over there in the first place. Can’t even go shop while waiting because you’d have to take the cart through the shop to get out.

I only have a Sam's Club membership for the few things I can't get at Costco. A rather disappointing visit. No decent reasonable Chardonnay since they have their own brand. Also, checking out in self service and you can't add a bag of ice. Can't tell you how many employees passed me by while I'm waiting to be verified as old enough to purchase wine.

Went on 10/29/2021, for some reason they thought it would be a good idea to repave the parking lot on a super busy Friday afternoon. Everything is blocked off, if you don’t need to go today save yourself the headache and go another day.

Open to 6pm very busy. Especially afternoons and weekends. After 6pm easy in and easy out. Gas pumps has lines all day. Cheaper gas than Wawa.

Fast and clean as normal. Awesome selection of Halloween candy and items already! Also have some Christmas items out and toys for sale. Love the organization and the fact even though it's busy, it's not crowded.

Last time we were here, they were out of the parmesan encrusted tilapia that is one primary reason for going. They did not have enough cashiers. Trying to force everyone to self-check out. Lines for the cashiers were bad. Lines at gas pumps really bad, creating a dangerous situation. I did not see anyone "directing" traffic at the pumps. Otherwise, the prices are good and they have lots of stuff.

Always able to find things that I need (and want)! Floor Associates are very helpful with finding products. Great bulk shopping!

Rude people. Avoid this place with online orders.
Try to pick up online order at the front. Back door # 7 rude supervisior.
