Sam's Club, Cape Coral FL

Very nice and clean kept Sam's Club here pretty new as it's no more than a few years old and you could always find just about everything here in bulk on top of that they also do have a pretty good food court. Yearly membership here's $45 but you don't have to have a membership they'll just be an additional 15% charge on top of everything that you buy if your a non-member.

Like shopping here even though it's a 16 mile drive. Clean, wide isles, good selection and full shelves.

I always love shopping at Sam's club. Their Gasoline is always the lowest prices in town and we always fill up at Sam's Club. Thank You Sam's for being a price leader in Cape Coral FL. I know that I appreciate it and I am sure others do to!

Just wish employees were more available to assist at self checkout. I was asked if I wanted to apply for a credit card while waiting for my alcohol purchase to be approved. Otherwise, a very positive shopping experience!

Although I always seem to find items not on my list here, their inventory and helpful staff make shopping a nice event.

Sams was moderately busy.although they were short staffed. The Warehouse was clean. I'm not sold on their prices quite yet. They're also going through a complete Tech changeover.

This review is for Sam's club pharmacy. Lack of communication between Sam's club and employees. I made an appointment for my sister to get a Pfizer's booster shot at this location because it's available. We drove 32 miles/ONE WAY to get here and to be turned away by the pharmacy technician because he said it must be a FULL 6 months (she was 4 days short) from the 2nd shot in order to get the booster shot. I told him I heard on the news that we can get the booster shot earlier now, otherwise, why Sam's online appointment gave my sister an appointment if she's not qualified? He then consulted with the pharmacist and she said NO, must be 6 months, rule is rule. Well, BOTH of THEM
WERE WRONG. FYI, CDC said you can get a Pfizer booster shot if your 2nd shot is 5 months apart.
I went online to make an appointment with a CVS near my house (you don't have to because walk-in is available everywhere), within an hour, my sister got her booster shot.
Thank you CVS, your pharmacy technician is awesome and SHAME ON YOU, Sam's club. You need to communicate and update all the RULES with your employees. This is the reason why you are ALWAYS BEHIND Costco. I can't wait for Costco to be built near me and believe me, I won't be hesitate to cut ties with you. When the membership renewal is approaching, I will think twice because BJ's just opened and it's only 2 miles from my house.

Worst customer service ever. The receiving associate was super mean with us, he lied, he almost break my father in law truck. Never going back.

Scan and Go is a huge time saver! Excellent prices in the store. All staff was very friendly! Traffic was heavy, especially when getting gas and trying to exit.

Go to every other week to stock up on paper goods and fruit. Produce is fresh and come in 4-5 lb bags. Also stock up on other pantry items, ie. Coffee, cereal, seasonings, snacks, etc. In Cape Coral on Pine Island Rd.
Clean, organized, friendly employees, fast self check out, and cheaper gasoline.

We have been loyal members for 4 years.we are deeply disappointed the last 2 years.
- we cannot find products we loved and used to buy, like Pueblo’s pride coffee, Tyson chickens, Members marks instant coffee, and so on.the list is long.
- Prices are not so great, many times we see cheaper prices at walmart.
- We were vip members but after our cashback rewards was stolen TWICE, and the staff was so unhelpful, left us to do everything by ourself.we wasted hours of phone calls talking with Sams club headquarters. It was settled down eventually and we got the money back - after a lot of arguing and energy wasted.
- Many of their deals are simply not good enough, and we found better deals elsewhere for example, car battery and car tiers had much better deals at Walmart.
- when Covid-19 started they started the mask mandate and dropped many of the services we loved such as the nice food sitting area, the food taste corners, etc.

We already cancelled our VIP (plus) membership a month ago, but we decided no to stop completely our membership.
We feel that we just don’t get what we pay for, The whole shopping experience is gone and there is no reason for us to pay 50$ for membership in such shopping conditions.

Update - end of 2021:
This is my sixth year membership at SamsClub.
2 years into the Covid-19 pandemic change things completely the way I see SamsClub.
While many stores has raised their prices, Samsclubs prices are still at the pre Covid values.but more than that, they have LOWERED PRICES on many product we use, like MembersMarks coffee beans we started to use instead of Publos Pride, Almond Flour, Rise, etc.
I Really appreciate the fact that SamsClub struggle to keep prices lower, and It does make it well worth paying the memberships fee.
Another big bonus is free flat tire repair service, that I didn't know exist last time I Wrote the review. I did used it once and I really appreciate it.
My rating of SamsClub is going up to 4 stars.

Sam's is always very clean and has great sales associates.
They have everything I need in ine shopping trip. I do wish they carried more prepared foods. We buy our coffee, dog food, sheets, towels and chef supplies from them. As a business cardholder I get free shipping from their website. My husband and I are 1st responders and are given early shopping times before the general public shops. Scan and go is super easy and saves time.

Club pick up but they don't come until you call the store and tell them you've been waiting for 30 minutes already

Always a different shopping experience each visit. If you see it and want it, buy it. It will likely be gone next visit.

Awesome place, just tried the scan and go. Didn't have to wait in line to check out. This was very nice.
