The store on Big Bend Road In Hillsborough County, Fl. Was trying to purchase a television. The cashiers was completely incompetent, when trying to use a 100 dollar gift card to use towards my purchase. I ended up very frustrated and decided to just pay for it on my card. Please train these cashiers better. Also, I never heard of customer service not being able to ring up a customer at their register. The entire experience was absolutely horrible. I will not be visiting that store again!
I did not like that they have me boxes. I had my trunk empty with a big clean open thirty one bag to put my things in and they put 3 boxes in instead of using my bag like usual. I try to avoid excess recycling when I can and now have boxes.
How can I request no boxes next time I order?
Sams has their members stand in line twice, and they scan items twice. Once at the register, and again at the exit. The exit lines are often longer than the long register lines. Sams, if your listening, please fix this problem.
What happened to the 2 lit up signs for gas prices. Not lit up. Sam's club need gas prices in app. Please get relevant. Need to know prices at every Sam's club.
I am becoming increasingly unhappy with what they stock. Don't try to clean Glass with Sam's branded paper towels, they are horrible. They don't have the better products in stock anymore. Publix and Costco do. Sam's is making me shop elsewhere.
Love Sam's Club. Very nicely organized with signs telling you what things are in the isle. Not like the other warehouse store
Mostly great if you have the scan & go app and don't go on the weekends, otherwise you're in for an apocalypse-level shopping experience.
Was able to get in, find what I need and check out quickly with a human cashier. Aisles are clean, organized and items are easy to locate. Cashiers were friendly, polite and efficient.
No handicap riding carts and the one I had ran out halfway through the store and with arthritis in my spine and my two knees it was really rough to get to the front walking I had to have help from a customer even though tons of employees walk past me
When I enter the door young lady by the name of Pat welcome me and I felt good coming in a Sam's Club I had never been in. I was feeling so down I was in your area my husband had to have a brain CT at Tower. At the gas pump I put my card in the slot where the receipt comes out the attendant open it got my card out. I said to him I am so tired his respond was please be careful you are driving. Thank you for having people who care.
Lots of items to choose from they are back to samples got to register to check out and it said I had 200 dollars to spend on balance I was super excited staff is friendly
Love Sam's Club everything is always Fresh and great selection. Also you can download the app and scanned your own items and show your phone at the door and don't have to wait on line
Double charged, registers don't work to show you what's being run up so you don't see it charged twice. Go back a few days later to ask for refund, after calling and being told that a few days was fine, then treated poorly and told don't ever expect another refund unless you come back same day (nasty attitude). They make an error and then get nasty at you and expect you to pay for goods you never purchased. THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT A DISABLED SENIOR CITIZEN! I will never go there again.
Came in at 9: 30AM and Associate at the door says “You do not pay enough for your membership, you have to upgrade and pay more or leave. ”
Had good and bad experiences here but overall a nice place. Never had problems with returns. Sometimes the selection of items is limited. Food and bakery items are always good and if you are wanting quantity and quality this is the place to shop.
Had to sign up for guest account to try and schedule COVID-19 vaccine for wife. Couldn’t get apt and now I’m being spammed with promotional spam email. This is highly unethical.
The gas pumps had some nonworking pumps on a Sunday.
Getting working Handicap Mobility Carts was a problem yesterday. People had to wait for a cart.
There isn't much seating while waiting for a Handicap cart
It pretty good, I go here alot whenever i gotta do shopping to stock up the old pantry especially if ya need to stock up on dry goods
