19 Hello, my name is Oscar and I am a Member of Sam's Club and the insider was at store #6364 in the City of Naples.
Last day 5/17/23 at 10: 35 am, at the gas station of said establishment I was approached by the employee of the same, in front of all the public present in an aggressive manner and invading my space, launching accusations about me, who another person according to his own words told them and he never saw.
I told him that he was wrong, to check the cameras and he continued addressing me in an incriminating way and gesturing at me in public, which provokes a similar reaction from me. I go to the store looking for a manager, to report the event and ask that they check the cameras.
The answer was that they were in a meeting and they couldn't check the cameras. Sorry for what happened, we're going to inform you, was what a floor attendant told me.
I felt humiliated, offended, mocked and alluded to by Sam's Club #6364. I never set foot in that store again, a total disappointment after so many years of receiving their services.
I recently came in for the first time in years with my elderly father. Over all the experience was great. A lot has changed. A highlight was when his cart was dying an an employee from clothing I think her name was Ruth noticed and went and brought him a new one and helped him move his things! This is why everyone loves sams club. Great service. Opened my own card and will be back!
Store is well stocked. Store is not opening on time several weeks in a row. Seems the store has fired all the checkout people. Going down hill slowly.
How does Sam's Club have an optometrist that does not take insurance? Cash only for an eye exam, at a membership club that I pay a yearly fee to be part of? 1 star Sam's Club, 1 star.
I love the scan and go feature. It has everything I want or need and I do not have to wait in a checkout line with scan and go. Brilliant!
Shopped the complete store, then had lunch at the Cafe. The cafe- 2 of us had lunch for $5 and change, not $5 each but for the two of us. We had a slice of pizza each which comes with a drink k. The pizza is so large it's actually the size of 2 slices AND it's very good.
The store was nice and clean. While grocery shopping lately has been a budget buster, I really didn't notice that their prices had gone up much. If you don't mind buying in bulk you can do one-stop shopping.
I love their choices. I will definitely shop there again.
We also bought gas at Sam's for a discounted price from other gas stations in the area, and that's a savings that adds up.
Ford all drivers out there that make deliveries to the store they take forever to unload you an appointment does not mean nothing for them. I’ve been here over six hours and they still haven’t unload me. So I can so I can recommend not to come to the store!
They get a one star for experience. While I parking a young man (Anthony) getting the carts decided to punch my car and yell at me that I was in his way.in a 2 car lane. I was at a full stop waiting for a spot. That is highly disrespectful. When I asked him for his name he proceeded to scream it at me, spelling it out. Now I get to go clean a hand print off of my window. Thank you, Anthony.
Meat of all kinds are premium quality. Unfortunately, I cancelled membership because of increased fee. Aldi is my choice now.
The only thing I don't like is that a customer that doesn't the plus has to wait until 10 to shop it should 9am instead of 10am and the tables in food area are to close to each other I hit my knee when I turned around it hurt bad.
I brought 4 tires $900 at the Naples location and the 2 times I came back for help with the tires, my car was drop off at 8am and 4pm nobody didn’t even start to work on it. It take 8 hours to fix a flat or low pressure tires. Keep this in mind before you decide to purchase tires from Sam’s in Naples Florida.
If delivering to this place…. Hopefully it’s not with morning shift. The warehouse manager is incompetent, lazy, and has a seriously bad attitude. Got to appointment half hour early. Took 4 hours to unload. So unprofessional.
Went to Sam’s Club yesterday with my girlfriend who left her wallet there after paying at the register. Didn’t realize it was missing until today. We went to the Customer Service Desk, and was delighted to get it back. All contents were there, so happy that her Mother’s Mass card is back. All credit cards, driver’s license and Cash were returned to her. Not a thing was missing. People are GOOD!

Horrible Managers, employees. Don't let the pay fool you. They don't give any hours so your not even making as much as minimum wage. When your on schedule they always say that they are low faculty but they don't every put anyone on schedule.
Sunday 5pm, not to bad in parking lot. Good selection of products, picked up some frozen food / deserts, case of wine, and wife found three t-shirst. Check out was a bit slow
These two associates were having a conversation for more than 30min mean while there were like 7 more customers waiting to make a simple return Sam’s club need to address this issue
We visited the optical department last week because the frames of my very expensive prescription sunglasses broke (purchased elsewhere). Pam took the glasses and said she would search for another frame that fit, but no guarantees. Not only did she find a perfect frame, very similar to what I originally had, but she took the time to make the proper adjustments and explain the warrantee options. Thank you Pam for the excellent service.
They have a very good selection. But I don't reccomend going on Sundays unless you want to wait in line at least 15 minutes.
I have been a Sam's club member for 20 in addition to the OTHER big box store. I went in today to discover all of the check out stands are all automated. Something I have used at many other stores. However, the checkout stands here don't work well at all. So bad in fact EVERY single person in my line (and other lines too) required assistance. Even then it would not always work. I finally gave up waiting for 15 minutes WITHOUT MY GROCERIES! The line to be checked out AGAIN at the door appeared to be about an additional 10 minutes. Fortunately, I did not have to wait in the line too since I had decided NOT to make any purchases. So apparently Sam's club has decided NOT to hire enough human beings and instead replace them with the single sorriest excuse of an auto-checkoutachine I have EVER seen. After being a member for 20+ years, we are now PERMANENTLY CANCELING OUT MEMBERSHIP and shopping at the other big box store! Business decisions have CONSEQUENCES!
