25The employees were disinfecting the registers after each transaction and making sure everyone had a face mask on.
This was the first time I've been able to walk into Sam's club in about 3 months as previously customers would have to wait for an hour or more to get in to the store due to Covid-19 crowd control policies. For the most part is was a relatively hassle free experience, even with the occupancy counters at the door, face masks, etc. The store was pretty well stocked and even had toilet paper and paper towels. The aisles were clean and well organized and I found nearly everything I needed.
I went to a gas station at Sam's Miami, the security guard there treated me with a really bad attitude, she threatened me with calling the cops on me because I asked her what is the law that enforce me to wear a mask in open space with no people near me and because my medical conditions I can not wear a mask at all times, I asked her name to properly file a complaint against her attitude and she refused to provide her name, how unprotected are we the people, I called gardaworld number and never got an answer.what a lack of professionalism. I feel scared to go there again with that security guard working there.
I bought a brand new sectional sofa, they send me an used for the first time. I returned. Asked for a new one they send me totally dust and of course was used again. I returned. Waiting again for the last deliver, and again ‘delivered used. I returned and ask for refund. Never more!
Johelli from member services (costumer service) should get a raise! She is so helpful and sweet. She makes you feel like your problems are important to her and she will do the best she can to help you! More people like Johelli please! Sams club is a great place to shop! But please let’s give Johelli a paid vacation
Sam's Club is a great place to shop for all your daily needs. The only downside to it, is the food court, which is extremely under staff and the lines are getting too long. You would not see this at the Costco's food court which their service is quick and fast. Overall, the Sam's club shopping experience is superb, it just needs improvements in their food court.
Almost always get what I want. Organic fruits and vegetables. Books from best sellers, good wine selection. Fair prices, parking and efficient check out. What else can you ask?
Gas prices are great. Just watch out for skimmers. Had my credit card info stolen and this was the only gas station I used while on my trip.
Always love shopping at Sams Club. Was at the store today and the corner of the register and ripped my pants. The manager, Patrick, at Store 6217 made sure to compensate me on the spot after finding the same pair online. REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Stop by today to pick up some cook chicken for dinner tonight, and what a disappointment chicken is uncooked it looks disgusting! The sad part about this is the my children would have eat that chicken today! I'm glad I check. Corporate needs to do something about this. Who ever is cooking those chickens needs to be really careful because you are playing with people health. I will post the pictures so the you can see it for yourself. I'm not renewing my plus membership for sure!
Employees are very rude very few if any speak English I expect most do however they keep saying no hablo English which seems to be a way of just turning around and walking away from you. I will never return to this location.
Good wholesale, nice location. But the cashiers give you hard time in the line (that’s why I choose to use the app instead of going through the cashiers) and the worst is the line to buy food (hot dogs and pizza). Every time is full of people and always short of staff to take care of costumers. I spent no less than 20 minutes in the line to pay and extra 5-10 to pick up.
People that works here are Great, employees love working here LEON is one of the best supervisor great attention. But higher management his name Hector is the worst one, unprofessional, he provide me his supervisor phone number when I call for additional help Hector answer the phone call acting like was him. In Customer service the girls love to help with everything, but they don't have access to entire system.
Sam's Gas is total chaos, cars flying around in the wrong direction, many gas pumps out of order, and poorly trained employees don't know what to do. I've been a member of BJ's and Costco and their gas lines are just as long but they somehow manage to keep things orderly.
You all food court is ran very lousy. One person doing everything. Taking orders and handing food out and cooking. You need some organization in that kitchen that girl why the Cuban girl sit there and talk amongst them self and the other one working
AI wouldn’t have given them any points given how much of poor customer service they provided me when I stopped to pick up my item, but was treated like a common thief (i.e. Not entirely sure if it has something to do with the color of my skin, but it sure feels like it for their seductive reasoning). I purchased two orders for nearly $400.00, but I was only able to pick up one of those orders given the sheer size and amount of item purchased. My sedan could not hold everything, so logically I informed the employee to hold onto the the second order, which she failed to do. Now I am marked as picking up both of those order. A $200 item that I never saw or picked up sits at the store because their lousy employee forgot to marked it as “not being picked up”. I now have to go through this investigative process to pick up an order I rightfully purchased across town. Getting in touch with the manager who handles surveillance is harder then getting a Hamilton play ticket, which is unfreaking believable.
I will never purchase from this store location ever again. Beware of ordering online for store pick up.
I wish I could give them a minus five stars, but the web form won't let me, go figure! Whenever you go expecting to have availability on the items you need the merchandise is missing, non-existent. And, not missing for days mind you. It could be weeks, months or NEVER! The order entry/inventory control system and/or their policies and/or procedures are all BS! ZERO order point! Back-order order point, minus 1 Million order point! Discontinued.etc, etc, etc. That means that you can rest assured that they won't have what you need on any given day, and they don't really care about their customer! They care about what is generally the norm nowadays [screw the customer] let's make as much money as we can on what we can get from our vendors in terms of inventory. Who cares if we don't have any tomorrow. Oh, and BTW, you can talk to their employee's and management about your problem (ha, ha, ha.what a MASSIVE waste of time that's going to be) and all I will say is Good Luck with that! Just try calling their number to ask a question.ring, ring, ring.there's no one answering the phone and even when they do they are quite "UN" helpful. Well, what can you expect? There is no real incentive to work when you are getting paid minimum wage and your work schedule [as business need dictates] offers you no work/life balance.you are at the mercy of "The Corporation. "
Awesome receiving for drivers, this is the only store I've been to, that greets you with respect and snacks! Fast unloading too, 10/10

The receiver manages are unprofessional. Bad place not planning in coming back never.never I feel bad for drivers that comes here every day.
