First time in this sam's club, have to say this club is better than the one on us 1, definitely has a wider variety of choices, including fresh daily made sushi. Will be shopping at this sam's club instead of us 1. Employees were friendly and helpful as well. Also has a fuel station with a great car wash, will continue to purchase my car washes here

I stopped in at sams club#4972 and I was assisted by Ethan B. And Drontac E. I asked to put same air in my tire because my tire light came on. He not only put the air in the tire but also checked the PSI in the other three tires. He sprayed water on the tire and found the problem. It was a nail. The tire was repaired at no cost. I was also given an estimate for 4 new-tires.my experience at sams#4972 excellent. Thank you for your excellent service! I will definitely return and recommend Sams tire services. Hmm

Sam's Club on Gatlin Blvd upgraded their car wash and you get an awesome car wash for $7. The wax application makes your car look great. Impressive.

I give this review because their new customer service desk sucks it's horrible. This is the third time I'm stuck at it and always takes me over 20 to 40 minutes of waiting in line just to get anything done. Horrible. Hope it gets fixed and will update this when it does

Not a fan of the changes being made at this location. For the first time in over 10 years they are requiring your Sam's card to gain entry. The only way this makes sense is if people are forgetting it and causing issues at checkout. Next, they removed a lot of the cashier based registers and installed self-checkout registers instead. The lines for the cashiers are never short to begin with at this location but they took a good amount out. When you try to USE the self-checkout registers they stop you and tell you that you have too many items so you have to go stand in line and wait for the 2 MAYBE 3 cashier-based registers that might actually be open. When did the mantra of retail/wholesale become make it as difficult as possible to take people's money? The managers who come up with these ideas need to go stand on the front line and deal with the customers so they can experience first hand our opinions on their changes. I feel bad for the people that don't make the policy but have to deal with the fallout. Managers.come on down to the registers we would really enjoy speaking with you.

Super poor service I been a member for over 10 years at sams last week and this week I stop by and ask for assistance a no one came today same deal no one working in this place maybe 4 employees for a big place like this

I have been looking forward to getting new eyeglasses and walked up to the counter. The woman said oh, I am leaving. WTF? She said someone will be back in 2 hours. Terrible service.

I love this place for the convenience and all the great help. Including the awesome helpful staff from “Infinite Solutions” on the Direct TV and Mobility end. They were super helpful in qualifying me for my upgrade and also thanks to them, my whole family is enjoying TV the right way. Thank You All Very Much.

Waited 30 minutes to have someone come to jewelry case so I could have my finger sized for a ring, and no one showed up. I asked customer service to call someone to jewelry twice, which they did and still no one came. Sam's club is just like walmart; some of the worst in customer service.

Just purchased 4tires for $354.95000 miles warranty. Great deal.
I was going to pay $351 for 4 tires 55000 miles warranty some where else.

Their automotive department service is awful, I ordered my tires in April and received a notice through email that they were in, called to setup an appointment and I was notified that they tires were not there. I called a week later, still tires were not in the store. I called customer service and put an incident report in. Almost a week later, still not I had to reorder my tires, they called said they had them in. I went in for my appointment and they were going to give me 4 year old tires (2014) when I paid for this year's tires. They only told me after they took my tire off and waited for them for an hour for nothing done, now I have to wait again for my tires to come in.

Brayan and Minh have excellent customer service. Brayan made sure that we were back on the road after we had a flat the night before. Both were busy and still took time with each customer. We will definitely be recommending this Sam's tire center to all our friends.

Was at or above standards for a Sam's club.only visiting from out of state, but did not see anything that was negative about the store.had several positive shopping experiences.

Fairly average as Sam's Clubs go; a bit cleaner, more spacious with very helpful and friendly personnel. Large parking area and spacious parlino at the auto service area. Convenient location just off of I-95 and use to Walmart Super Center and Home Depot.

Ripped off by Sams Club Fraud, purchased a Sams Club membership online and their system glitched during payment. I did not receive a membership but was charged 45.00. Now No membership, missing 45.00 and absolutely no help from the Morons at Sams Club!

Seriously. Pre ordered for customer pick up. Got there during time slot that was given. Still took an hour for them to bring up the stuff. Could have walked around the store and got it myself. Place wasn't busy so no excuse.

As much as I shop in this store I finally had a rude associate. No name tag and had the nerve to tell me it's other people in front of me cause they bout business. Wow first off didn't see people in front and every customer signs your pay check.

Generally my experience at Sam's club is good.but today was not a good day at Sam's.went to have a ring sized which I purchased there a couple of days ago and it took 3 people to figure out this transaction.wasted a lot time and the experience was frustrating.
