Sam's Club, Sarasota FL

Good evening I went to Sam's and bought some things I needed right now if you need to stock up you need to go it's no limit on anything so stock up while you have a chance they have everything Lysol toilet paper paper towel water you can get what you want right now so you better stock up while you have the chance case something else come up like the pandemic we just had blessings

I called Sams 5 times and each time a Sams associate picked the phone up and hung right up. So I called Northern Supply next door, they picked up my call and answered 2 question. So Sams just lost my $300 sale.

My wife and I have been Plus members for well over a decade. Went to the Sarasota store to buy bottled water for an athletic event. The posted hours on the door indicates the store opens at 7 AM for Plus members. I arrived shortly before 7 AM. The employees told me the store does not open until 9 AM. I pointed out the posted hours, but to no avail. I had to travel much farther to find some water. I will not buy from that store again.

Sam's is probably the worst place for businesses as of late. They will not let you in early anymore. On top of that they have stop carrying so many products. And their staff is rude, slow and highly incompetent. All in all I reccomend you go else where for your business needs.

This location if Sam's Club is always busy. Probably due to the consistency in cleanliness, friendly associates, and well maintained stock levels.

The truly great value in club memberships in my opinion are for businesses and families with children.

There is still a lot of bang for the buck to be had for anyone however.

I love that they wised up and began accepting the Amex card.

Even though they've alway had curb side pickup this store is a lot busier even more than the Ellenton store, the whole Fruitville/ Cattleman area has grown.

I don't understand why you have free ship for wine and free pick for wine, but you can only purchase it inside the store, they really need to fix this!

I was in the Sarasota / Cattlemen Rd store on Saturday. The sign at the entrance says all who enter are required to wear masks. I saw at lease a dozen people without masks. When I complained about Sam's lack of enforcement to one of the staff, they just shrugged and said there was nothing they could do about it. If Sam's is not going to enforce their policy, then why have it?
I will not be going back to Sam's until they make it safe for all customers.

The Sarasota Sam's Club, no matter what day of the week or time I go I'm always in and right out no waiting. They are very organized and always have what I need in stock.

By far the best Sams club I've been to. Stuff is very nice and helpful. There are always new interesting products. Product quality is also good. Before COVID 19 the fast food place was nice to.

Happy with everything except trying to renew my card. Stood in line a long time then the clerk said the man that got into line after me was next! She said I was on the wrong side. I had stood in line longer than it took me to check out! Grr

Sam’s club is best place to buy the items in bulk at best price. I frequently visit Sam’s Club located in Bradenton, FL and visited few times Sarasota Sam’s as well. I did not find any difference in price and products. Staff is friendly and helpful. Discount on items vary day by day.

Was told the wrong info twice on tire prices and no one wanted to own up to the mistake. TWICE!

Very Small Only One in town. No Gas Station at this place. Its actually low key and not very busy - which in my opinion is a plus +. I enjoy going here 1x /wk. Manager and staff very helpful. Great Sams. Wish there was a bigger Sams with Gas area.

Sam Walton definitely had a great idea when he came up with the Sam's Club. The array of products is outstanding and prices are also awesome. It is one of the best places to shop for your needs. They also have a hearing aid center digital photo center Tire and Battery along with a tremendous amount of electronics, clothing, and a great assortment of food items.

I really appreciate every department other than the photo center. The workers were completely incompetent and unprofessional. After messing up our order on at least 3 tries, they expected us to pay for the extras they printed by mistake. I'm positive any other establishment would have simply included them complimentary to try to make up for the inconvenience they caused prior.

It's Sam's, you know what you're getting. Wholesale prices for bulk items. This location is great. Tons of parking and lots of samples!

This is a very well run location. It's clean, organized & the staff is super friendly and helpful. Lots of parking too.

This is a great place to shop if you know what you want and can use and store in bulk quantity.
