Sam's Club, Orlando FL

The ladies who work at the pizza take out were so interested in their conversation they completely ignored us. The Sam's in San Bernardino is way better. Sorry.

This Sam's location is excellent! I usually order through CLUB PICK-UP and Charles is AMAZING! He's always willing to go the extra mile. The young lady that was assisting him today was wonderful as well. They make /made my order (which is usually big) such a smooth transition from the carts to the van. Thank you for all you do!

The line we as long but it looked like they had it under control. I walked past everyone because I used scan and go and avoided the line. I love it.

Purchased Battery for my BMW and it was not installed correctly. Now it doesn't remember it's user settings.

This is my go to Sam's because it is ALWAYS stocked! I always find exactly what I need and the staff is super accommodating and helpful.

9498 S Orange Blossom Trail, Orlando, FL 32837 THREE Stars.
The Three stars because this spot had many more products for sale if compared to other Sam's locations all over the U. S. The missing two stars is for the poor quality of food sold at their food court during my first time going. Bad pizza and bad hotdogs.

This particular Sam's Club store needs major help inside and out. It is old, dirty and outdated. Inside the store, there is staff everywhere and you need to be taller than 8 feet to be able to see what's on the other side. I cannot take pictures to show you but there is garbage everywhere inside and out.
Inside and outside makes you feel like if you were in a 3rd world country; that bad.

Do you like getting good deals? Who doesn't! The best thing about this Sam's club is it's has plenty of products and prices are always great. Skip the line and use the Scan and Go app, you won't regret it!

Had new tires installed. Food price, service not so much. After breaking off a wheel stud I was told "Hondas are cheap and they shouldn't be repaired here".

Oh boy! Then had to argue about néw caps for my tire valve stems. Sams leaves the original inflation device in place. Had to remind them that the $15 per tire INCLUDES NEW VALVE STEMS" They did replace them.

Every time something has drama here. As dumb as it sounds it's easier at the car dealer.

This particular Sam's club at OBT is not as good as the one in Apopka, specially with regards to product selection.

I got tires from this place and attempted to get a flat fixed. I was told I had to get new tires. Mine were relatively new with good treads. They refused to fix the flats. Even though they were an easy fix. Don’t ever think they’ll honor the warranty. Service was so bad too. I had to wait an hour to be told they won’t fix it

We from Denver Colorado to here. I bring my family brother member card to shop some food, and then don’t let me use it. Finally the Manager took my brother’s member card away and let my brother come by himself to take the membership card Back. After that, I think I don't want to go to sams anymore. I'm not happy today.

They have some staff that are good, but most seem like they could care less. One of them actually hit my 8 yr old son from behind and knocked him over with a flatbed cart, apologized that it happened and ran off without another word. Unfortunately, the other staff in the other Sam's locations are much better. These are kinda like the ones that have given up.
