Sam's Club Tire & Battery, Sarasota FL

I am so thankful to Georgio and the staff at Sam's Club Tire and Battery on Cattleman road. My house and business were badly damaged in Hurricane Ian and I was driving from the disaster zone to Tampa. There is debris everywhere, and on the interstate my tire went from full to damaged quickly. It was 6 p.m. And most tire stores were closed, or said they could look at it tomorrow. I haven't seen my family or power in days. I was able to get to this Sam's Club and Georgio hooked me up. I had a tire with a nail, and a tire with a bolt that went in "butt first", they dropped everything to help me and get me out the door in less than an hour. Without them, I would have been stuck in Sarasota, even more expense, and stress to my wife and kids. Georgio is an incredible asset to your store and I hope you treat him well, because he would not accept a tip being against company rules. A true professional in every sense of the word. Thankful for his service.

A horribly bad experience. All it takes is one shady employee to spoil the bunch.

I never ever go back there, this is not the company, this is the workers issue they just take sweet time they don’t take serious about customer

Called ahead to make sure they carry my tires. They quoted me and said come on in. I got there and the worker kid said no they dont have my tires too bad so sad. The kid didnt know how to look up the model of tires I needed and sent me away for no reason! Thank you Goodyear for picking up their slack. Never again Sam's! That's twice you've done that to me!
