Sam's New York Pizza, New Port Richey FL

Pizza was pretty good and affordable compared to other real pizza restaurants around the area menu looked pretty decent although dinners seemed a little pricey

We were gifted two pizzas tonight from Sam's.

In the past we have eaten there because they made the wrong pizza and as a gift gave us the wrong one while we waited.

They did that Yesterday when I was in there for a gentleman who had ordered 3 pizzas.

People order Sam's from 10 or more miles away.

The food is that GOOD!

Everything I've tried is phenomenal,
been looking for a local pizza shop they blow the surrounding shops out the water!
Keep up the great work guys!

Great food. Order early on the weekends as they get super busy and you'll have to wait for your delivery.but the pizza will be worth the wait!

The cannoli was Fabulous and Madison was super courteous, friendly and knowledgeable helping us place our first delivery order there. Very thankful for her help will order again and expect it to be Fabulous again!

Wonderful food and great staff. I ordered delivery online. They had a problem with their online order printer. They called and informed us of the situation. They were friendly and professional. Even with issues. We still received our food with in the window they told us when we first ordered. The pizza, wings and garlic knots were great. We will be ordering again. We will recommend to everyone. Thank you for a great Friday night meal

First time I brought pizza from this place the pizza was burned on the bottom very dry. Tried giving it a second chance but it turned out the same. We spoke with Manager and he was very rude. If you want burned pizza then this is the place to go. The wings didn’t taste good either.

My family has purchased from this pizza place on multiple occassions usually delivery. Have had good pizza and great soft garlic rolls but yesterday the pizzas were dry insipid and the garlic rolls past baked to the point that the oil and garlic were no where to be found. I personally take my last slice and pick up the left over garlic in the aluminum tray and enjoy. Yesterday was a disappointment dry over baked garlic bread, the pizzas had no flavor and dry as well. Think I will update my family members as well and take a step back for a while. Disappointed.

Had pizza came out perfect but think sprinkled thyme. Had again and was 100% way I wanted, asked for smaller crispy wings. Ended up calling to ask me if wanted bone less instead, said no explained, had good laugh and got free half dozen garlic knots upon delivery unexpectedly.

I shared a picture of what my eggplant sub looked like, I am sure you will spot it. 1st, I ordered the sub asking for the sauce on the side ONLY and the sauce was added on the sandwich and the whole thing was absolutely so soggy. 2ncd, my sub had ricotta cheese on it, I thought that was odd, parmigiana is not ricotta, it should just be provolone or mozzarella. I am so disappointed as d still hungry

Very inconsistent. When they have good dough, they have some of the best pizza crust in town. Other times, it isn't as good.

We are the salon next to Sam’s and we can honestly say they have the best White Pizza, Cheesesteaks and Fried Cauliflower you will ever find! We like everything they make but we all agree in our shop (voted actually.lol) these are our favorites. Especially since most of us are from NY & PA when it’s comes to cheesteaks we know the best of them and Sam’s is the BEST we have found that compares greatly to our northern homes. Their staff is always super nice and the restaurant is always extremely clean and welcoming! Great place all around!

Best pizza around our area, so glad we found them! Delivery is always on time, always! And the pizza is consistently good and the closest to the pies we’d get back up on LI.

I looked at the negative reviews and was discouraged but my office got lunch from this place yesterday and I'm impressed! Everything tastes great, we got pizza, Alfredo, wings, bruschett and they tasted amazing. The inside of the restaurant is super clean and neat. Manager does a great job running the place. Don't sleep on these guys, they're awesome

SLOOOWW service. They took almost 45 minutes to make one large carrout pizza that was promised at 25-30 minutes. They never apologized for making me wait and were pretty cavalier about the inconvenience. Pizza was very chewy and lacked much taste. First and last visit.

The only reason for the star is it is the only way to post a review. They do NOT deserve even 1 star. Burnt rubbery crust. Bland flavor. The only thing edible was the pepperoni.
Will not go there again and will not recommend.

So here’s the thing - we love sams pizza and they would have gotten 5 stars for the pies but we have been ordering from them for awhile now (over a year to be exact) and I’ve always ordered the caprese salad- mind you it’s $7.99 it use to always come with tomatoes wrapped around the tin however the last few times it’s been getting skimpier and skimpier- so this time I specifically asked when I phoned order in had something changed and the girl reassured me she would make sure it was full and made correct- so when I got there and saw again I got like 4 tomatoes she asked the “salad maker” and she said the tomatoes are small- that still doesn’t explain why it’s like less then half of what I use to get - we are going to try some new spots around town if this is the experience and service we receive. Especially for $7.99!
