6I was so pleased with the service I received from this company. They went above and beyond to help me find the perfect item.
I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.
If there was a m8nus 10 that's what they deserve. Bought an $875 Samsung stove, broke & because it was 2 DAYS out of warranty they wanted to charge $200 for their lacky just to come & look at it. Found a repair guy who fixed it. I WOULD NEVER BUY ANYTHING SAMSUNG AGAIN. HORRID
Customer service is terrible. I have been waiting for 2 months for the delivery of my washer and dryer and no one responds. Samsung says that we must check with the delivery company and no one resolves anything. I do not recommend buying from Samsung They had to cancel it to order a new one when you call the 1-800 number you get transfer to Manila in the Philippines with the worst customer service.
Samsung sold us a refrigerator missing parts. Due to the fridge having no door seals it doesn’t work. Samsung says we have to pay for a tech to see we have no door seals. Once l escalated the complaint to the president’s office l thought they would finally solve the problem. Nope! Alfonso said he will not help us. We have a new refrigerator that has never worked and Samsung does not care. Great business model! Alfonso said l was free to share my story he didn’t care and hung up on me!
Shame on Samsung, waiting 3 months for my equipment and they had to cancel it to order a new one when you call the 1-800 number you get transfer to Manila in the Philippines with the worst customer service you can get from a company and they asked me to cancel the order again to place a new one. They do not care about customer service in AMERICA at ALL. All they care is about selling and selling. I spoke to Regine, today with christell and her supervisor Darwin employee ID 162770 and all they told me is that I have to wait if a customer cancels his/her order to get my equipment sooner.
IT IS A GAME WHAT THEY HAVE.
SHAME ON THEM, AND I REGRET BUYING THIS EQUIPMENT FROM THEM.
I haven't even gotten my refund from the first order.
